It hurts even more when that someone else is talking about the same person and it makes you wonder if you're less worthy of the treatment your friend's friend receives. "my love feels good to receive, and therefore i deserve that much back"

It was actually an important part of my healing to realize that the person who hurt me was doing the best they could. Because that meant that it’s not that I wasn’t worthy of love, it was that they weren’t able to give it due to their own issues. It wasn’t my fault. What a relief.

Identifying if they sticking around for love or from a place of love, was the best lesson I ever learnt.

We can't tell others how to feel because we aren't them! It is absurd to think that we know what is best for another person. We haven't lived their life or experienced their responses.

Very few can truly understand the true meaning of Tantra and it's true purpose.

Romance can cause us to take very little information and project an entire story around it. If someone has made us feel how we want to in the short-term we can create them into the entire fulfillment of a lifelong fantasy

you’re not growing if you’re not learning. I do think a huge part of life is about continually learning things
