IT'S NOW OFFICIALLY OFFICIAL! The Cookies and Crème pie from McDonald's is coming to the US and is already showing up in a few markets. I posted about this earlier with an international version, but we now have a photo of the actual item thanks to a very nice follower. This is a pie I've posted about a few times over the years and wished McDonald's would bring it to the states and it is finally here! So far I've had messages to say it's in Oklahoma, New Jersey, and Ohio and I would imagine that *most* markets around the country will see these, but with McDonald's pies it seems like there are always a few areas that don't get them for whatever reason. Could the US be getting another new McFlurry soon?! There is a rumor that our next McFlurry might just be the Peanut Butter Crunch McFlurry tested last year and I am all for it! This McFlurry was tested in California markets last year and features vanilla ice cream with a mix of peanut butter, cookies, and chocolate. The reviews that I read seemed very positive and a lot of comparisons to a Reese's flavor with peanut butter cookies and chocolate. OH YES - Frozen Reese's Peanut Butter (Ice Cream) Cups are coming to Sam's Club! These are part of the recent lineup of @reeses ice cream products, but this has been a really hard to find one as it's mostly only sold in some convenience stores... but now @samsclub is bringing 24ct boxes that I plan on absolutely destroying once they land on shelves. Each Reese's frozen cup is 3.3oz which is a pretty nice size treat for the summer, and currently the 24ct box is set for $19.98 These feature the Reese's peanut butter ice cream with swirls of peanut butter coated in a thick milk chocolate shell. They are on the website which usually means they'll be on shelves within the next few weeks so be on the lookout - my stomach will start growling once they land on shelves... it's a supernatural connection I have with peanut butter cups. Starbucks is dropping a Gaburi Peach Frappuccino in Japan that is a massive fan favorite that needs to come to the states! This Frappuccino is supposed to be the real deal as it is "generously filled with randomly cut peach pulp, topped off with a creamy peach whipped cream." I spotted these at Walmart and they include a new Ding Dongs and Twinkies Mashups - it seems to be a Chocodile (chocolate covered Twinkie) in the shape of Ding Dongs, but since we never get Chocodiles here I approve... although Chocodile might be a safer name than the Mashup of Twinkies and Ding Dongs.
