The Ledbury in London, the food and service was amazing! Favourite food? If I had to choose, it would probably be some sort of seafood, maybe a nice piece of turbot. Favourite beverage? 100% has to be lager, nothing beats a couple of pints in a beer garden. What do you do when you’re not working? With living in Stockholm it depends a lot on the weather, but I usually go for a coffee or a nice stroll around town. Favourite thing to cook at home? Spicy noodles. Tasty and quick.
