And just like that, in the blink of an eye, our little Link is 3😭. Howwww did it go so fast? This kid is bursting with personality, and has been from day one. He loves Mario, Nike, his big sister, performing dangerous stunts, his parents’ undivided attention, and riding his bike verrrry fast. He’s almost always smiling, and has the hugest eyes anyone’s ever seen. We love you Linkerboy! 💛

I’ve been eyeing this cute white dress at Target for weeeeeks. But I *knew* it would be on the shorter side of my comfort zone. Well! I had a genius idea to buy TWO dresses, and transform it into a tiered midi! It was such a quick and easy fix 👏🏼. And thanks to cartwheel, red card, and Target’s already low prices, it came out to about $36 total. Plus I have leftover fabric that I’m sure to put to good use! So the other day I posted this lil wedding picture in stories and it’s sparked a lot of thoughts/feelings that I’m going to share with you now 😅. I got married pretty young, at 19. And although I haven’t experienced a ton of people telling me that was a bad decision personally, I hear people talk all the time about how stupid it is to get married young. “How could they possibly know what they want in a partner? They’re only 23!” or “It’s not smart to get married before you have your career, finances, etc. in order.” or “If you get married young, you’ll regret not enjoying the single life in your twenties”. Look, I get it. For a lot of people, those things might be true. People mature and grow at all different rates, and there are for sure some people who would be miserable getting married young. But for me, I’m so glad I made this choice. I’ve gotten to navigate every aspect of adulthood with a partner and best friend. Anyway, all this to say it drives me crazy when I hear people getting judged for deciding to get married early in life. Rant over, now I want to hear your thoughts! When did the rest of you married folks tie the knot?

The sewing space reveal!!✨ (swipe for the before) If you missed it on my stories the past few days, I’ve been hard at work transforming a corner of our mud room/spare room (lovingly called the “workshop”) into a sewing space for me. Since closing my shop, I’ve only been able to sew for fun from my kitchen table, and it is ROUGH to set it all up and take it down for a few hours of sewing at best. So I took things into my own hands and spent probably 12+ hours cleaning the crap out of this room to make it usable. I’m obsessed with how it turned out! Forever and always obsessed with @madebymary ✨🤍 A couple years ago my first and favorite necklace of theirs was yanked apart by my tornado - I mean toddler. It was custom stamped with two little hearts for the two little heartbeats I never got to hear. I never replaced it, but I figured now it was time. I upgraded a bit with this new thin bar stamped with the two birth month flowers for my two due dates that never happened. Silly as it may seem, I still think about those angel babies on February 18th and November 2nd. “They would’ve been turning 3 today” and that sort of thing. So grateful for these beautiful pieces that keep their memories close to my heart 🥰
