Peanut butter and chocolate??? It’s a YES from us this Thursday 🥜💃 Peanut Butter Stuffed Brownies by the dream team at @nourishapp_ - Ingredients - ⅔ cup cocoa 200g softened butter 4 eggs 2 cups sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla essence ½ cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 200g milk chocolate (we used @whittakersnz) 2/3 cup pics smooth PB 2 Tbsp icing sugar - Method - 1. Preheat the oven to 150°c and line a brownie dish with baking paper. 2. With an electric beater, whip together the cocoa and butter. 3. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth. 4. Sift in the flour and baking powder and add the chopped chocolate. Stir to combine with a spatula. 5. Pour half of the mixture into the prepared dish, then evenly pour over the peanut butter and spread out with a spatula. Pour the rest of the brownie mix over the top. 6. Bake for 45-55 minutes until crunchy on top. 7. Allow to cool then dust with icing sugar and cut into squares to serve. Enjoy!! 🥜 #peanutbutter #easyrecipes #baking #chocolate #yum #picspeanutbutter

PORO HUAPATA PATA PĪNATI- PEANUT BUTTER MUESLI BARS 💗 I have pulled back the sugar for these PORO HUAPATA - MUESLI BARS e te whānau. Sub out the golden syrup for honey or maple syrup if that’s more your style. I use a simple toasted muesli with nuts and seeds from the store to cut down on ingredients so jump in the kāuta and fill your hearts and puku with this goodness! Mauri ora! 💗 Photography and videography by the amazing @thesaarahproject 1/2 C pata pīnati smunchy (@picspeanutbutter smunchy peanut butter) 1/3 C mīere koura (golden syrup) 60 g pata (butter or coconut oil) 1/2 Tbsp wanira (vanilla) 1 hēki (egg) 1 1/3 C mūruhi kua whakatōhia (toasted muesli, store brought) 1/3 C kokonati (coconut) 1/2 tsp tote (salt) 1/4 C puehu parāoa (flour) 1/2 tsp pēkana paura (baking powder) 1/2 C karanipere kua tapahia (chopped cranberries) 1/2 C tiakarete (chocolate) 1. Add the pata pīnati, mīere koura and pata to a pot. Gently melt over low heat. Pour it into a bowl. 2. Add the wanira and hēki. Whisk well. Add the mūruhi, kokonati, tote, puehu parāoa, pēkana paura, karanipere and tiakarete to the bowl. Mix until combined. 3. Spread it in to a 22cm square tin lined with baking paper. 4. Bake in a 170 degree for 20 minutes until golden. When you remove it from the oven, press the cooked bar firmly with a 5. Whakarākeitia - decorate it! Spread a bit more pata pīnati over the warm bars, drizzle with some melted chocolate and a sprinkle of freeze dried raspberries. 6. Slice into bars and enjoy!

Peanut butter filled little lava cake… These are so incredibly addictive 😍🙈 you’ll add these to your list time and time again… Ingredients; 3 scoops of @picspeanutbutter 140g white chocolate 113g butter 2 Eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup plain flour Method; 1. Scoop 3 large peanut butter and place them onto a tray and freeze for 1 hour. 2. Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave until smooth. Once cooled add the eggs, sugar and flour. 3. Butter the 3 large (10cm) ramekins generously and dust with sugar. Place a small square of baking paper in the bottom of the ramekins. Pour half the batter and top with the peanut butter. Fill the ramekins with the remaining batter, allowing 1cm rising space. 4. Bake at 200°C for 18 minutes. Once out of the oven carefully run a knife around the ramekin and flip upside down and serve. #cake #baking #lavacake #peanutbutter #cookies

Is there anything more scrumptious than pizza AND peanut satay combined??? Our pal @whanaukai is teaming up with your tastebuds this week for satay pizza, thai styles 😍 Ingredients, Makes 2 large pizzas - 2 pizza bases (store bought or homemade) 450g hūhā heihei (chicken pieces, sliced) Red curry paste, store bought 1 Tbsp kīnakai hirikakā reka (sweet chilli sauce) 1 aniana (onion) 2 kāriki (garlic cloves) Korianara māota (fresh coriander, a bunch) 2 tsp kumene kuoro (ground cumin) 2 Tbsp huka (sugar) 3/4 C miraka kokonati (coconut milk) 1/2 C pata pīnati pakepakē (crunchy peanut butter) 1/2 C pīnati kua kōnatunatuhia (crushed peanuts, dry roasted) 1 Tbsp ranu ika (fish sauce) 300g tīhi (cheese, mozzarella) - Method - To prepare the delicious chicken pieces: 1. Mix 1 Tbsp red curry paste and the kīnaki hirikakā reka (sweet chilli sauce) into the heihei (chicken) with a sprinkle of salt. Leave to marinate, then fry over high heat just before making the pizza. 2. You’ll want to preheat your oven to 200 degrees celsius - and preheat the baking trays too in preparation for the pizzas going in! To make the peanut satay sauce: 1. Dice the aniana (onion), kāriki (garlic) and the roots and stalks of the korianara (coriander). Saute them in a little oil on medium heat until translucent. 2. Add a pinch of salt, the kumene kuoro (ground cumin), 4 Tbsp red curry paste and huka (sugar) and cook for 5 minutes on low heat until jammy. 3. Add miraka kokonati (coconut milk) and pata pīnati (peanut butter). Simmer for a couple of minutes. Remove from the heat and stir through the pīnati kua kōnatunatuhia (crushed peanuts) and ranu ika (fish sauce). Cool. Assembly 1. Place two large pizza bases on baking paper. Add half of the sauce to each one. Add cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, chilli sauce and spring onions. 2. Cook the pizzas in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Garnish with a sprinkle of coriander, fresh chilli, spring onions and more sweet chilli sauce before serving. When @thatgreenolive makes the ultimate dairy free dessert 🙈🙈 Nut Crunch Banana Mousse Cake (DF, Gluten Friendly) - Ingredients in the comments! - Method - 1. To make the base, pulse everything except for the Big Mix in a food processor until the mixture starts to clump together but is still nice and chunky. Transfer to a bowl and stir through Pic’s Bix Mix to combine. 2. Firmly press into the base of a baking paper lined 20cm springform cake pan. Set aside in the fridge. 3. To make the filling, blend everything except for the aquafaba in a blender until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whip the aquafaba using an electric beater or stand mixer for 5-7 minutes, until thick and soft peaks. 4. Add aquafaba to the banana mixture and gently fold with a silicone spatula to just incorporate. 5. Pour the mixture over the prepared base and freeze for 4 hours until set. 6. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving, then decorate with whipped coconut cream and fresh banana. Drizzle over the Pic’s Big Mix, and sprinkle over the chopped roasted peanuts.
