Auriga Ginger Tea Recipe From @capellabangkok 1 tablespoon ginger (or galangal root) 4 tablespoons wild honey
Squeezed juice from 1⁄2 lemon
2 cups brewed green tea 1 teaspoon curcumin Place ginger or galangal root, wild honey, lemon juice and one cup green tea, cooled, into a blender. Blend. Strain. Pour into a glass bottle, adding another cup of green tea (cooled) and curcumin powder. Adjust honey for more sweetness as desired. Keep refrigerated. Serve straight from the bottle into a small glass with no ice. Note: Besides ginger’s many benefits, enjoy green tea’s fat-burning and anti-aging properties, curcumin’s antioxidants and honey’s antibacterial compounds. #recipes #tea #ginger

Matcha Bliss Balls! 1 cup shredded raw coconut
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
11⁄2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
1⁄2 cup raw cashew butter
1⁄4 cup coconut butter (softened in microwave)
4 pitted dates (soaked in water for 10 minutes)
2 teaspoons matcha powder
1 teaspoon vanilla paste or 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1⁄2 cup almond flour or coconut flour
Pinch of Maldon flake salt For Topping (optional)
2 tablespoons coconut butter (plus more for “frosting”) 2 tablespoons shredded coconut or hemp seeds 1. In a food processor, add all ingredients (starting with the lesser end of recommended amounts and working your way up) and blend until a thick but moldable cookie dough-like texture forms (3-5 minutes). Scrape down sides as needed. 
 2. If the mixture is too thick or crumbly, add more cashew butter and/or a small amount of the date soaking water. If too wet, add more almond flour and pulse. It should be thick and scoopable. Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more matcha for matcha flavor, dates for sweetness, or cashew butter for creaminess. 
 3. Scoop out 1 tablespoon amounts and gently roll into balls (there should be about 22). Repeat until all dough is formed into balls. 
 4. Enjoy as is, roll in shredded coconut or hemp seeds, or refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes to chill before topping with warmed (melted) coconut butter. If “frosting,” chill again to set (about 10 minutes). 
 5. If freezing or refrigerating bites before serving, they’re ready to enjoy once they’re firm to the touch. For best results, store in the freezer for up to one month or refrigerate up to one week. No matter where you are, give yourself the gift of scent, whether it be a favorite fragrance, a flower or an essential oil. Select a serene environment. A sunny outlook is important for both mind and body. And it isn’t unusual to experience an emotional connection to your surroundings, so carefully select a place to spend your time, even if it is a special chair to sit on.
