👋🏻It has been a stressful two months, but I can finally take a breath now after fulfilling the last back-order today and having available supplies in my warehouse. As you know, I proudly represent my very first product earlier last May, the Portable Vertical Frame, which I created from scratch. Managing everything from the production line to international shipping has proven to be much more challenging than I expected. When I first introduced it on social media, the response was overwhelming, with hundreds of them sold within hours including wholesales. While this may sound like a positive outcome, it actually presented some unexpected difficulties. The demand far more than available supply, resulting in a major setback. Plans had to be constantly adjusted on the production line, leading to missed deadlines. Pushing the woodworkers harder only resulted in more mistakes, which in turn required additional time for me to do the quality checks. There was no win for me to keep pushing it, I needed to wait patiently and apologized to every customes. Thankfully all of my customers were very understanding, it really helped during this crazy process. 📦About shipping part, I have learned a great deal about logistics over the past months. Dealing with customs department and various other complexities has been far from easy. Additionally, many wholesale international shipping packages have been held for weeks without any apparent reason. I can not do anything but wait. This sums up the last two months of stress and anxiety when I released the new product. To be completely honest, I am thankful for that I have learned, it is so much more about my business than I ever imagined. Patience and a clear head are crucial when facing difficulties if you want your business moves to the next level.
