Lift Studio will like to officially welcome Jeydi to the team! Her artist name is JC Rose. JC is a professional dancer graduated from the Cuban national art school where she spent seven years perfecting her craft. Her passion for art and dance started from at the very young age of 3 years old. After graduating from the national art school she visited several countries sharing my art such as Turkey, Venezuela and, Cyprus and now the Cayman Islands. She loves dance as well as teaching her skills and learning new ones. Dance and movement is an extension of fitness and building a fit body and JC incorporates a mixture of traditional training and bodyweight movements with fun and energetic moves that anyone can learn and understand. Lift Studio is happy to present to you, Lift Station, our smoothie and juice bar service. Our station is introducing 9 different smoothies on launch with a variety of different options. The purpose is to provide natural and healthy ingredients, all with an almond milk base and no fruit syrups. All fruits and greens are in their natural form or juiced in house.
