Top with the caramelised onions, grated cheeses, and sandwich with the mayo/butter sides facing out.  Heat a #LeCreuset frying pan or skillet to medium heat and place the sandwich in the pan. Make your own restaurant-style Garlic Naan breads at home, perfect for mopping up delicious curry sauces.  đ·@keshreechundriah  Youâll need: Dough 460g self-raising flour 500g full cream plain yoghurt 1 tsp salt  Topping 100g salted butter, melted 2 tsp crushed garlic A handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped  In a large bowl, combine the flour, yoghurt, and salt. Use a spatula to bring the dough together.  Once there are no visible dry bits, use your hands or a stand mixer to knead the dough for 5-6 minutes until a smooth, round ball is formed.  Divide the dough ball into 12 equal smaller balls.  On a floured surface, roll out each dough ball into a teardrop shape.  Place the Le Creuset Signature Round Skillet on medium heat. While the skillet is heating up, prepare the topping. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, crushed garlic and chopped coriander, mix well, and set aside. Place a naan on the hot skillet and allow to âbubble upâ, usually 2 minutes.  Flip the naan over and cook for a further 2 minutes. Remove from heat and immediately brush with garlic butter.  Enjoy immediately as is or with a generous serving of curry.
Our #midweekmeal is a must for curry fans. Butter chicken is a spicy, aromatic dish simmered in a fragrant, flavourful buttery gravy. Youâll need: Marinade 600g chicken fillets, cubed 200g plain yoghurt 1/2tsp turmeric 1tsp dried coriander leaves 1tsp garam masala 1tsp masala 1tsp chilli powder 1tsp garlic, ground 1tsp ginger, ground 1tsp salt 30ml oil Skewers Oil for brushing Curry 125g salted butter 60ml oil 1/2tsp cumin seeds 5 green cardamon 2 bay leaves 1 cinnamon stick 2 onions, finely sliced 2tsp crushed garlic 1tsp crushed ginger 1tsp garam masala 1tsp masala 1Tbsp chilli powder 5 tomatoes 4 green chillies 1tsp coriander powder 1tsp salt 175ml fresh cream A handful of fresh coriander  In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken with the remaining marinade ingredients, and mix until well combined. Place the marinated chicken cubes onto wooden skewers. Reserve excess marinade.  Place a #LeCreuset Signature Square Skillet Grill on medium heat and brush with oil. Grill the skewers till golden, brushing with oil and rotating the skewers.  While the chicken is grilling, prepare the sauce, and place the #LeCreuset Signature Shallow Casserole on medium heat. Add in the butter and oil, and heat up. Add the whole spices and fry for a few minutes.  Once the seeds start to pop, add the sliced onions, crushed ginger, and crushed garlic, and stir well. Fry for 7-10 minutes. Once the onions start to caramelise, add in the garam masala, masala, and chilli powder, mix well, and fry for 5 minutes.  Puree the tomatoes and green chillies together before adding them in. Add in the reserved marinade and salt. Mix well and allow to cook for 15 minutes. Add in the cream and mix till well combined.  Remove the sauce from heat, and using a stick blender, blend the mixture until itâs smooth and thick. Return the sauce to the stove and cook for 3-4 minutes.  Add in the grilled chicken and allow to cook for a further 3-4 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander and a trickle of fresh cream. Best served immediately with garlic naan. đ·@keshreechundriah
