Got back from Ghana this morning. Running in Africa was hot! About 38 degrees in fact and it’s interesting running past baboons and antelope when in the National Park! We spent many hours tracking Elephants and got really lucky to see them. The forest is so thick and they tend to wonder far away in the wet season as water is available everywhere. Will share photos later! Tomorrow I fly to Athens to run the marathon with @nickbutterrun . The last of his amazing running the world challenge. Took a trip to @kakumpark on the west coast of Ghana 🇬🇭. It covers an area of 145 square miles. Went for a short hike then did a tree top suspended bridge walk. Amazing way to see the Rain Forest.
