Struggling with loss has been something I'm more than familiar with. For those who know me well, know that not having control triggers that fight or flight instinct everytime. It's the fighting that kept me here for 7 years. The amount of times I wanted to run and call it quits, was more than a handful. It was in those times I flew to places that would awaken my soul and remind me that it's all worth the fight. Seven years of ups and downs, that were all made possible by so many amazing, local vendors that offered consignment, to help with the financial burdens of owning a boutique. Seven years of beautiful souls that allowed me to capture their smiles without a budget for fancy photoshoots, even though at times they'd rather not. I fought as hard as I could to keep my shop through covid with the help of my beyond amazing sub tenants, to now only be pushed out by corporate greed. Although this time I don't have to fight. Instead I can walk away knowing I did everything I could to make my dreams a reality. Ready to fly, but still going to cry ðŸ˜
Filled with emotions that seem to change by the hour these days. It saddens my heart to have to close our doors after 7 years in business. We are being pushed out by a large architectural firm, and will be closing our brick and mortar at the end of this month. There aren't enough words that I can say to show my appreciation and gratitude for everyone that made this all possible. A million thanks to those who walked through our doors to say hi. To all my customers, family, and friends who supported my dream, I couldn't have done it without you. 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗
