Come North with us, inside the Arctic Circle, to #arjeplog in bewitching #Lappland in the northernmost parts of #visitNorrland. We have dedicated much of this page to showing you what’s possible - far from the stress and incessant humming of our polluted cities - in the Nordic wilderness. So, what would you do on those 12,36-acres of land surrounded on one side bye the lake and by a river on another? How would your days look like? There is no road leading to your property, you’ll have to make your own by boat, by 4x4, by quad bike, by snow scooter, on skis or by foot. The #Abrauresjön lake and river offer fantastic fishing opportunities with trout, lavaret, large perch, grayling and pike. When you get tired of your beach, just know that there are many on the lake shores. Other buildings include of large boathouse and a few traditional cabins that will be perfect for friends and family or for the adventurers in need of a rest. Many extra pictures on Patreon 🏡🇸🇪

The surroundings are know for their beautiful beaches, diving opportunities and exceptional fishing conditions. What’s not to love? 🏡🇳🇴
Is this the perfect rural retreat? This 1929 farmhouse in @visithalsingland has kept most of its original magic and oozes pastoral charm. The 0,37-acre lush garden plot is gorgeous and sports several apple trees and berry bushes - you can go fish in one of the nearby rivers or lakes and BBQ it straight into your backyard, how about that? A large garage and a carpentry worksop have been carved into the legacy farm building. There is also a gazebo, a second garage and a nice playhouse for the kids. Oh, and there is a Sauna. Head out to Patreon for extra pictures and the link to the original listing! 🏡🇸🇪
Shoutout to Þórhallur who sent us this gem. It’s not going to be for everybody, but for those with a passion for the Vikings and Norse mythology… THIS IS IT. The 2798ft2 house in #Hörgársveit - north-central @iceland - was built in 2009 according to the ancient Viking tradition of house building with a timber frame, turf & stone walls as well as a sod roof. There are 4 spaces with a chalet, a Great hall with about 50 seats, a bathroom and a kitchen. (It’s hard to tell how those last two are from the pics). The construction was never completed so there is electricity but water and sewage will have to be installed. We simply hope that one of you buys it and turns it into a Viking settlement for their family and friends or a Viking-themed B&B for adventurers with breathtaking views of the #Eyjafjörður and #Akureyri.
