βWith consent granted to post their photos our clients on dialysis treatment at Motootua are delighted with the gift of brand new wheelchairs donated by Able Collective Australia Charity @seta_smithtafau via BROWN GIRL WOKE Samoa Charity. Diabetes affects not only the kidneys but the circulation and the sensation of limbs, feet and hands making them susceptible to serious and life-threatening infections resulting in the lost of lower limbs especially. Eyesight is also badly affected making mobility very difficult with high risk of falls and dependant a lot on others for assistance. The wheelchairs will greatly enhance the quality of life for our clients and their families. Much appreciated. May God bless the good work these charities do for our people our community. β€β Dr Ben
