Forefoot filler is a veg tanned leather and the arch rigidity and support is provided with a leather shank. There is a 10-12 ounce (6mm) leather midsole that is 270 degree hand stitched to the welt. The heel block is leather stacked with a Dainite half heel and the out sole(fore sole) is a Dainite half sole that is also hand stitched to the welt. So the welt, with a the double stitch, is quiet wide and gives a nice solide look to the boots. Buck is branded on the inside ankle of the right boot.
