Pork Loin 🍽 Made this delicious marinade for lunch! It was super easy and it made enough spice mix leftover to save in the cupboard and use for another time! Ingredients: 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp basil 1 tsp parsley 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp paprika I rubbed the pork loin with oil and patted it down with the spice mix. I poured on a few tablespoons of lime juice and baked in the oven at 400 for about 30 minutes. Sticky Orange Chicken 😍 I tried out this delicious recipe the other day. I love my chicken but I eat it so often that I get bored of my usual rotation of chicken recipes. Parsnip Fries 🍟 I made these for dinner last night and they turned out so tasty!! All you have to do is - cut a bag of parsnips into fries. In a bowl, mix fries with a few drops of olive oil, and: 1 tsp of salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and onion powder. Breakfast Cookies 🍪🍌 Easiest recipe ever!! All you need is 2 mashed bananas and 1 and 3/4 cups of quick oats. You can leave the batter plain, or add in whatever toppings you’d like - dried fruit, nuts, peanut butter, etc. In this batch, I added a few tbsp of honey, coconut flakes, chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen cookies. NO BAKE Cheesecake ⁣ ⁣ This recipe can be gluten free and vegan with small substitutions*⁣ ⁣ CRUST:⁣ 1 cup dates (soaked for 10 minutes in water) ⁣ 1 cup rolled oats *⁣ 1/4 cup cocoa powder⁣ 3 Tbsp melted coconut oil⁣ ⁣ FILLING:⁣ 1 1/2 cup soaked cashews⁣ 1/2 cup soaked dates⁣ 1/4 cup coconut oil⁣ 1 teaspoon vanilla⁣ 1/4 cup maple syrup *⁣ 1 cup natural peanut butter⁣ 1/2 cup canned full fat coconut milk⁣ ⁣ DIRECTIONS: ⁣ - first drain the liquid of soaked dates and mix all crust ingredients in a blender, it will be sticky which is good. Press hard into whatever moulds/ pan you want. ⁣ - Next, mix ingredients for filling, and add on top of crust, you can top with coconut flakes, choco chips, fruit or anything else you desire⁣ - place in freezer and let sit for 3-4 hours until set. ⁣ ⁣ #delicious #healthy #sweettooth #cheesecake

Hummus 🥒🧄🌶🥕🥦 Rinse and drain a can of chickpeas. Add a few tablespoons of water and blend up until smooth. Homemade hummus is great because you can really add whatever flavours you want. Roasted Root Vegetables 🍠🧅🍆 My mom first introduced me to this recipe a few years ago and we both have been making it often ever since. She also was the one who generously dropped me off a bag of veggies including all these ingredients yesterday 🙏🏼 1 butternut squash 3 beets 1 onion 3 carrots 3 parsnips Cut all veggies into 1 inch pieces. Heat oven to 425. Drizzle a bit of olive oil and bake just the beats for about 15 mins. Chickpea Blondies 🌼 1 can of chickpeas (15 oz) 1/3 cup almond butter 1/3 cup of apple sauce 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp baking soda A few tsp of stevia or any sweetener (I always taste the batter and make sure it tastes sweet enough for me 🙃) Use a food processor to blend up all ingredients until smooth and then add a handful of chocolate chips. Chicken Kabobs with Dipping Sauce 🍗 Chicken Marinade: 5 chicken breasts cut into cubes.
