Physique Update: Currently fluctuating between 148-150 lbs at 5’9” & 15% Body Fat Goals: Maintain & Build Lean Mass while leaning out slowly. Don’t want to loose any muscle and it’s bound to happen when dropping weight too quickly especially for me cause I can loose weight easily. Also want to maintain 148 for the a while. Working on mobility, anterior pelvic tilt, muscle imbalances, weakness (yes I have them I just work hard at them so they don’t feel like my weakness) Stage Weight: IDK and IDGAF my body composition is changing so I really could careless about that Next Show: Not sure but definitely not this year. I have other goals besides letting prep run my life which is why I’m taking my off season very seriously and not skipping workouts or eating trash just cause it’s “off season” Cardio: 20 min HIIT 1 x a week (post workout) preferable on a upper body day Training: 5 days a week heavy lifting. Some days are 2 a days and/or same or opposing muscle groups. Life Update: Working on my best self. Diet has been 80% #rawfruits and #rawveggies. YES I EAT A LOT OF FRUIT. NO I have not gained any fat from natural sugar. Sugar is carbon. Carbon is used for fueling the body. Fruits provided minerals and vitamins for the body. They also repair cells and clean the body like no other food. I have been juicing daily too. I have a Green Detox Juice daily which includes organic kale cilantro parsley cucumber apple ginger turmeric key lime and/or lemon and sometimes a prickly pear or pear. This juice is anti-inflammatory and great for detoxing the liver kidneys of heavy metals and toxins and other organs. I allow myself one cooked meal a day if I want. I no longer drink coffee or caffeine. It’s been over 2 months since I drank ☕️ I replaced ☕️ with my warm key lime water first thing in the morning (after flossing and oil pulling and brushing teeth) it gets the digestive system going, alkalizes and energizes the body. I don’t care about protein intake. Yes you heard me correctly. We intake far too much protein and at that the wrong protein sources (meat). I haven’t lost any muscle either. Why is that? Because fruits repair the body on a cellular level & plants have protein. Did you know the average woman only needs about 42g of protein? Or 10% of caloric intake coming from protein! Most people aren’t protein deficient but they are iron, calcium, magnesium, and/or folate deficient 🤔 Fruits are so powerful that you can’t replace them. Our bodies need them • • • • • • • I haven’t tracked macros in months. Can’t even remember the last time I have and I don’t plan to unless I’m in prep which isn’t happening any time soon. After years of tracking I know my portions very well and almost accurately. Making healthily food decisions is far more important than tracking (for me) Keep in mind just cause #IIFYM doesn’t mean it’s a healthy food option. READ YOUR LABELS. Stop intaking all these chemicals and hydrogenated oils 🤢🤮 They are killing us. I encourage you guys to eat as much fruit and raw veggies as you want. And eat less meat and dairy.
