The inspiration for the dishes come from all over the world, and our 7-course menu comes with 1 tea pairing as well. We had a Junboocha which is made with raw honey and tastes smooth and sweet. Here’s what we had 🍽️ : - Aichi prefecture olive-fed wagyu, served with Korean-inspired marinated egg yolk and grilled kale. - Lilit made with fish and chicken, finished with hot coconut oil and a flavourful sambal matah! - Tom Yum congee was 💯, I loved the thick consistency of the congee and it’s so so tasty. You can choose the spice level and whether to have it with chicken or prawn. - Lobster consommé stars a nicely grilled lobster with a thick broth. - Pufferfish atop Monkfish liver in dashi was my alternative seafood dish to the Oyster with farmed shark cartilage. - Egg on egg has squid ink infused chawanmushi, with century egg, ikura and uni. - Dessert was a gelato with lumpfish caviar. . It’s thick and chunky and delicioussss on their grilled sourdough bread.
