Sunday Mood. 😌 Still feeling the new moon vibes and I have been slowing down a lot this weekend. Life is a little chaotic at the moment, big changes are in the air and I am intuitively craving rest in order to keep my balance. 😌 Hope you’re feeling good this weekend. Make today about yourself. Rest, recover and surround yourself with people who make you feel loved and happy. 💛 And if you’re in the mood to spice up your Sunday brunch, here’s to CHAI SPICED SEMOLINA PORRIDGE. ✨😋 Recipe; 50g semolina 1 chai tea bag 150ml water 100ml oat milk 1 tsp coconut sugar 1 tsp cinnamon (optional) Heat up the water and oat milk in a small pot and let the chai tea soak for a couple of minutes. Once all the flavors have been absorbed, bring chai mixture to a boil. Add coconut sugar and cinnamon and turn down the heat before adding the semolina. Stir frequently until the semolina has absorbed the liquid.👌🏼 I topped my bowl with figs, persimmon stars, slivered almonds, buckwheat, mulberries and a few chocolate chips😋🥳
Trust. ✨ Some situations that bring up past traumas come into your life to test you, to see if you have truly overcome the past. It’s a time to balance these conflicting energies. Take a step back and observe the bigger picture. Look at yourself. Look at how much you have evolved. Your past does not define your future. Remember you have leveled up and you are able to overcome any obstacles you might be experiencing. Remember your strength. Regain your confidence. Trust your intuition. Trust the divine. And believe that you can and will attract a lot of peace, love and happiness. Give yourself the permission to be confident in who you are and experience all that you have been manifesting. ✨ . 📸 @scorpionmind Wearing @casalltraining / @dlxbln [Anzeige; unbeauftragt]
Constant Chatter. ✨ Recipe below 👇🏼 My mind is giving me a hard day today. I woke up in the middle of the night and could hardly fall back asleep. I did eventually, but the second I woke up, my mind was back to running a marathon. It’s quite hard to silence the constant chatter once your focus was drawn to it. So I gave myself the time and space to ease into the day slowly and managed to hush my roaring mind. Do you want me to share what I do whenever my mind takes over? Let me know and I’ll try to put it all together. 😊 Please feel free to share what you do in those times, too. I’d love to know. ✨ Definitely going for a bowl of VANILLA PUDDING OATS today! Perfectly creamy and comforting. Recipe; 40g oats 1 tbsp vanilla pudding powder 100 ml water 200 ml oat milk Pinch of cinnamon and salt 1 tbsp maple syrup Add all ingredients into a medium sized pot and simmer over medium height heat until it comes together and reaches a pudding like consistency. Toppings; frozen berries, buckwheat, cacao nibs and tahini✨ Hope you’re feeling good today. 😌
Shine, step into the light. Shine, so bright sometimes. Shine, I’m not ever going back. . Facing difficulties and tough times in life is never easy. Though these situations are individual and some might struggle more than others, we have all been there. No matter what happens, how hard times may get, I want you to remember that you have the strength to transcend your fears and worries. That you have the strength to step into the light. That you are here to shine. ✨ . Shining with @scorpionmind in our sparkly outfits from @mandalayogawear [Anzeige unbeauftragt] 📸 @len.alini
Vanilla Cashew Oats ✨ Happy Friday! 😊 How are y’all doing? Any plans for this weekend? Besides the complete chaos in traffic due to the strike of trains this morning, I am feeling good to be reunited with my Uni girls to get some work done. Haven’t seen each other in 12 hours, quite a long time huh? 😅 Howeverrrrrr, I know I kinda repeat myself by saying I love fall. But many of you seemed to love it too, so I reckon you’re in the mood for fall inspired breakfast bowls as much as I am, so here’s to this amazing bowl of glory of VANILLA CASHEW OATS. RECIPE; 60g Oats 200ml water 200ml oat milk 1 tsp vanilla powder 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp cashew cream (blend 1/2 cup soaked cashews with 1/2 tsp vanilla, splash of lemon juice and oat milk until creamy) Combine oats, chia seeds and warm water in a medium sized pot and let them soak for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook your oats over medium heat until creamy. ✨ I topped them with a fig, crunchy cinnamon granola and more cashew cream. Have a wonderful Friday. ✨🥰

Fall Essentials I love fall. Do you? 🍁 I surely miss the warm weather, summer dresses and long nights out with friends. But there’s something magical about fall. The crisp autumn breeze feels refreshing but the golden, colorful glow of the leaves is like a warm smile. Cozy sweaters, warm cups to tea or coffee and heartwarming talks and cuddles with friends. Yea, I’m in for that ✨ Also, that means is pumpkin seasoooooon 😍 Guess who’s been having pumpkin nearly every single day? Yep. That would be me. So here’s to heartwarming CINNAMON PUMPKIN PORRIDGE bowls ✨ Recipe; Recipe; 60g oats 100 ml water 200 ml oat milk 1 tsp chia seeds 3 tbsp pumpkin puree or mashed pumpkin 1/2 mashed banana 1 tbsp almond butter 1 tbsp maple syrup Pinch of cinnamon Add all ingredients into a medium sized pot and simmer over medium height heat until it comes together and reached the desired consistency you like. And if you’re in for some extra cozy vibes, treat yourself to that piece of dark chocolate on top 😌😋
Full Moon in Aries 🌕✨ Her Full Moon last night was a time to release any blockages that get in your way of finding your true purpose in life. While this full moon might have brought old wounds to the surface, it also brings deep healing. Break the habits that block your growth and move on from what might be blocking or distracting you from what you truly want. Choosing to leave the solidity and the constant that habits bring and heading off into unsteady, watery depths is never easy. But only when you dive beyond the surface and go deep, you will be able to build from a strong foundation. ✨ Don’t be afraid of your feelings but take your pain and use it to create change, move forward and expand. Feel into this energy. Feel your power to rise above it. Keep moving forward despite any challenges and draw your attention to the energies that light you up and focus on your intuitive mind to bring you closer to who you want to be, what you want to do, be, have, or experience. ✨ . 📸 @scorpionmind [Anzeige Markierung]
Banana Bread ✨ It’s been a hot minute since I’ve shared some baking inspo and to be honest, I miss baking a lot. On the one hand, I won’t let myself have the time in the kitchen and on the other hand I don’t know who to share all the baked goodies with (that’s gonna change soon tho 😋😏). So when I got some extra ripe at my organic store last week, it was quite given that I needed to treat myself to a gorgeous loaf of banana bread again. If you’re in the baking mood, give this BANANA BREAD a try! 🙏🏼 Recipe; 1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds + 3 tbsp water) 1.5 cups spelt flour 0.5 cups ground tigernuts/almonds 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 2 ripe bananas (+1 more to top) ¼-1/2 cup plant milk ¼ cup maple syrup 1 heaping tsp nut butter ½ cup chocolate chips (save some to go on top) Start off by preparing your chia egg, leave to sit for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, combine the dry ingredients and give it a good stir. Whisk together the wet ingredients and carefully fold them into the dry ones. Add your chocolate chips and pour the batter into a slightly greased loaf pan. Top with another banana and some choc chips before baking it in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.✨
When new situations arise that you haven’t been in before, whether positive or negative, it’s most likely to throw you off guard. Give yourself the time and space to process your feelings and emotions. Sometimes, even the mindblowing positive moments lead up to you doubting the situation, thinking this might be „too good to be true“, resulting in a fear that this is going to be taken away from you as quickly as it came. Try to get clear on what might be true fear and what is just a manifestation of fear from the past. Go within. Open up and find your truth. Remember that yesterday is history. Inhale the future. Exhale the past. ✨ 📸 @scorpionmind [Anzeige Markierung]
Happy Weekend! I’ve had quite the busy morning and while sleeping in was more than needed, I am now rushing around trying to get everything done that I needed to do today 🙈 That’y why I am only now getting around to have breakfast and this rainy weather definitely calls for a bowl of CREAMY CHOCOLATE OATS. Hope you’re getting cozy and cuddled up today ☺️✨ Recipe; 60g oats 100 ml water 200 ml oat milk 1 tsp chia seeds 1 tbsp cacao powder 1 tbsp almond butter 1 tbsp maple syrup Pinch of cinnamon and salt Add all ingredients into a medium sized pot and simmer over medium height heat until it comes together and reached the desired consistency you like. Topped my bowl with banana, granola, frozen wild blueberries and some raw chocolate.
