This viazi karai is not only fried in a bhajia batter but also adds in more flavour in the middle with a quick tomato and chilli paste. Then I made an easy garlic, lemon and coriander @blueband_ke Mayonnaise dip to go with it too. Try it out and let me know if this will become one of your favourites too :) Ingredients: 1 cup gram flour 1/2 cup plain flour Salt to taste Pinch of orange food colour (optional) 1 1/4 cups water 3 tbsp tomato sauce 1 tbsp chilli powder 8 - 10 boiled potatoes Oil for deep frying For the dipping sauce: 1/2 cup #BlueBand Mayonnaise 1/2 tsp garlic 1/4 cup coriander leaves 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt to taste
