#offlinechallenge - who’s in? 🙋🏻‍♀️ With all things happening here on social media at the moment, this break could be more beneficial than ever. 🙏🏼⁣ ⁣ I will go offline for 24 hours starting this afternoon. No social media, using my phone only when really necessary. You set your own rules. If you can, put away your phone entirely. Or only use it in airplane mode. 📵 I do this every week for 1-2 days! Bei mir war er in 2 Tagen aufgegessen. 😛 Viel Spaß beim Nachmachen! 🤗⁣ ⁣ ____⁣ ⁣ 𝐼 𝑁 𝐺 𝑅 𝐸 𝐷 𝐼 𝐸 𝑁 𝑇 𝑆:⁣ (for the crust)⁣ 50g oats ⁣ 70g blanched almonds⁣ 100g pitted dates⁣ 3 Tbs coconut flakes⁣ 1 Tbs coconut oil⁣ 1 Tbs water⁣ ⁣ (pink layer)⁣ 250g fresh strawberries⁣ 250g coconut milk⁣ 50g maple syrup⁣ 1 tsp beetroot powder⁣ 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder⁣ the juice of 1/2 lemon⁣ 1 Tbs starch (corn or any other)⁣ 1 tsp agar-agar⁣ ⁣ 𝐻 𝑂 𝑊 𝑇 𝑂:⁣ Blend all ingredients for the crust in a food processor until you get a crumbly texture. Spread in a Ø 20cm spring form and press 3cm up the walls. Store in the fridge.⁣ ⁣ Continue by blending strawberries, coconut milk, beetroot powder and maple syrup. Transfer to a small pot, turn stove on medium heat, then stir in agar-agar and starch. Whisk until it boils, continue whisking for 2-3 minutes. Then let the liquid cool down a bit. Pour on top of the crust. Place cake in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until it firms. Decorate and enjoy! 🍓🍰⁣ ⁣ ⁣

Pancake cereal 🥣🥞 aka the latest social media trend food 🔥 have you tried it yet?⁣ ⁣ Actually, it’s not that hard to make. I just used my sweet potato pancakes recipe (a few posts back on my feed😉) and formed little pancakes with a spoon. Emotionally challenging times ⚡️ Since 13 May until 25 June we are experiencing a Venus retrograde. 🙊 Venus represents your social life and love life. Swipe for the melt 🤤🍫⬅️ dark chocolate on oatmeal is the best 😍 - my fav is 99%. 😎 now let’s talk microwaves ⤵️🗯⁣ ⁣ What’s your take on microwaves? 🤔 I used to boycott them because I read that the high frequencies change the molecular structure in foods and apparently diminish the nutrient content. 🥺⁣ ⁣ Other sources say it’s that the nutrients are well retained as you only need to cook the food for a very short time. 🤔⁣ ⁣ Microwaved oatmeal can be so convenient because you can eat from the same bowl you cook it in 🙊🥣⁣ ⁣ Since I’m not sure what sources to believe, I only have microwaved food very rarely, when I don’t want to spend the few more minutes it takes to make oatmeal on the stove. 😛⁣ ⁣ Do you use a microwave? Mango nicecream 🍦 coloured with blue spirulina (all natural) 💚 if you leave out the spirulina, your nicecream will be yellow. I’m digging this colour tho 😍🦋⁣ ⁣ 𝑹 𝑬 𝑪 𝑰 𝑷 𝑬:⁣ 200g frozen mango⁣ 3 frozen bananas (290g)⁣ 1/2 tsp blue spirulina⁣ 2 Tbs coconut yogurt⁣ ⁣ 𝑯 𝑶 𝑾 𝑻 𝑶:⁣ Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor, then pulse until you get a texture like ice cream. Throughout blending, you’ll need to scrape down the sides. Top with coconut flakes and (matcha) chocolate. Enjoy!🍧⁣ ⁣ _____⁣ ⁣ Ab heute bin ich wieder 1 Woche in Stuttgart bei meinen Eltern. Fühlt sich immer an wie ein kleiner Urlaub weil sie außerhalb der Stadt wohnen, mit dem Wald fast vor der Haustür. 🌲 Freue mich auf ganz viele Wanderungen und Spaziergänge. New week! 🙌🏼 How was your (offline) weekend? 📵 I cleaned my whole apartment, met friends in Cologne, took photos at sunset (this one!!😍🌇), went to dinner and didn’t use my phone for anything but navigation & WhatsApp. 💯⁣ ⁣ On Sunday, I felt like continuing the online break, so I went for a hike in a natural reserve that I discovered yesterday. 🌳🌲 I feel so refreshed and ready for a week of work! 🔥⁣ ⁣ I can highly recommend taking offline breaks to be fully present in the moment, really be with the people you spend time with and only use your phone when it’s REALLY necessary. ⁣ ⁣ How often do you just look at your phone out of boredom or habit? My screen time is at an average of 9-10 hours per day (go to settings > screen time to check yours). 10 hours in a day sometimes!!!!🤯 Can you imagine what it feels like if this falls away? 🥺⁣ ⁣ Offline weekends will be my thing now. 🙏🏼✨ I love my activities here and I am grateful to be able to work anytime, from everywhere. But life has so much more to offer away from screens, and I want to deliberately let more conscious offline moments in my life. 🦋🌳♥️⁣ ⁣ ____⁣ ⁣ Wer war am Wochenende auch offline? Oder hat zumindest eine Instagram / Handy Pause gemacht? Freue mich auf eure Erfahrungen ⤵️⁣ ⁣ Falls ihr es verpasst habt: nächsten Samstag oder Sonntag gehe ich wieder mindestens 24h offline.
