Post 1000 ✨ my story on Instagram have been a crazy road full of ups and downs. Sometimes while being on IG I felt happy, inspired, excited and other times anxious, insecure and sad. Overall I am really happy to have this super cute community of sweet souls that even if I don’t posts much lately you are still around ✨ When I started travel blogging a few years back IG was my main hang out spot, I traveled once a month for 3 years and many times even when I was at the most beautiful winery in South Africa or in the most magic town in Italy I would find myself not living in the moment. Yes at one point I got caught up on a picture perfect world where I stopped enjoying what was happening right in front of me because I kept focusing on capturing the best pictures possible. One day in 2018 I totally burned out, I think I even had the so-called social media anxiety and depression syndrome (if you haven’t heard of this please google it, this syndrome is more common that we can imagine). Maybe some of you remember that I went to Nepal to disconnect and recharge, I didn’t use social media for 2 months (back then it was a big deal for me). Since then I have not been the super active travel blogger as I used to be and I have focused more on building my brand and learning about topics that interest me and make me grow. I have to be honest, i miss interacting with this community more often, however I first have to be in balance with myself and learn as much as I can about the topics I love in order to be a true influence to this community without falling back on a dark place. I am super happy to say that I feel like I am on a great path to self discovery as we speak and soon when I am ready I will share with you guys my new world of interest which I hope would inspire you as much as it does to me. To finish up this super long caption I just want to say thank you very much for being part of this beautiful life lesson and for being around on all these ups and downs. Holaaaa ✨ I hope you guys are starting the week great! I want to share with you guys my latest “Relax, Refresh and Recharge” evening routine to get myself energized after an active weekend. Ready? Make time for yourself with a beauty spa evening. After stretching/yoga session I like to light up aromatherapy candles while taking a bubble bath and listening to relaxing music. I love to apply a hydrating mask in my hair and body to not only get a glow from the inside but also from the outside. After the bath I like to give my face skin a natural lifting guasha massage with @trueblissguasha it feels amazing! Then I turn off my phone and read a book, right now I am reading “eastern body western mind” (I love it, it’s about psychology and the chakra system) then I organize my schedule for the next day and get ready for bed.
