I made a promise to myself at the start of this year - to be UNcomfortable! As odd as that might sound, I set this intention to ensure I challenge myself, and expand my knowledge and craft. When I was approached to deliver a TED talk, I was HELLA excited but nervous ngl. This would be a perfect chance to push myself and try something new. It took me a while to formulate a 20 min speech from scratch, but there was no doubt that I wanted to give my all to the audience that came down to listen. The title of my speech was Small, but Powerful - because it is in the small things you do consistently that compound to make powerful changes in our pursuit for success. This was a completely different experience that I am eternally grateful for, and I’m also thankful to have met some other amazing speakers too! I have so much more to say… but for now here are some moments captured during the evening!
