We are coming to a close of 2022, honestly this year has been one of the hardest years for me mentally and emotionally. I promise myself as the new year start’s literally I will not be the mountain in my life but I shall be the River. So this is not fancy or anything and be quite truthful the side series has been one of the hardest things for me in #pilates because it requires you to really move from the hip. I ask myself #classicalvscontemporary today I am going to say I will take anyone that helps me get that mobility back in my hip.
