Aaand my two boys 💔🐶 At least I got sunshine just while I was in the workout 🙏😍 - For time: 400m run 40 V ups 400 m run 40 burpees 400 m run 40 hspu (I did 20 strict & 20 kipping) 400 m run 40 Kettlebell Swings @16kg 400 m run 40 thrusters @25kg 400 m run 40 push ups - Give it a go 💪🏻 If you are not able to run you can do single unders or double unders (for 1-2 min, or 50-100 reps depending on your capability) V ups can be done alternating leg, s2oh instead of hspu. You can also decrease 40 reps to 10-30 reps. Jumping into a new week, carefully trying not to spill my @nocco 😅 I am lucky that @crossfitzug is still open here in Switzerland (hope I am not jinxing it!) The virus affects us all and there is nothing we can do but accept the circumstances and do what we can with what we have. We can appreciate more the importand things in life, what we have and our loved ones.
