There was a time that I absolutely HATED my body. I did everything under the sun to diet, purge, excessive exercise w/ low calorie meals, very dangerous diet pills, etc. But mannnn if I knew back then how I feel right now..strong and HEALTHY, maybe I wouldn’t have cared about trying to see my ribs or clavicles. Maybe I’d focus on living my life, eating the foods I want in moderation, working out to be STRONG, and not SKINNY. Life is too precious and WAY TOO SHORT to worry about your body. It’s constantlyyy changing. I’ve really done some soul searching these past few weeks and focused more on strengthening my spiritual fitness along with my bodily strength, thanking God each day in a prayer journal, and focusing on being a positive and better person. I’m hoping my momentum continues, I honestly am feeling great because of this!
