FINISHED 🙌🏼💥🤩⁣ ⁣ Words cannot describe the feeling of finishing such a mammoth event. The rollercoaster that my body, mind and soul went through yesterday will never be forgotten.⁣ ⁣ Completing a full Ironman.⁣ ⁣ From starting the swim in a 9C degree, dark, thames river - to cycling through 7 hours of rain - then finishing up with a marathon around tooting common in the dark. It's safe to say I would have thrown in the towel at any point. ⁣ ⁣ BUT - the with the support of my incredible girlfriend @wattsbethany, my best mate @fabflight, my Mum & Dad @caroline.revell and @johnrob28. The day was all smiles WE DID IT 💪🏼🌟⁣ ⁣ Its one the proudest moments of my life. The feeling of accomplishment is euphoric.⁣ The huge support and love I have in my life enabled me to enjoy yesterday throughout the 14 hours on my feet.⁣ I am overwhelmed with everyone that came down and cheers us on, all the messages, good luck wishes and money raised for the Beirut Emergency Appeal. ❤️⁣ ⁣ 03/10/2020 will go down as a day to remember. Massive congratulations to @vinnychase.yo and @danielmakd who also pushed hard to finish yesterday. Big love dudes 🙌🏼⁣ ⁣

I realised something today...
