Getting fckt by life... When serious depression hits you... you won´t be making any fkn lemonade! I´ve been a pretty positive person my whole life and even to the point of being plainly naive about a lot of things. I've seen a lot of educational material about depression and in my very simple mind thought to my self "why don´t they just work out, think positive and then everything will be alright..." Well... I think in a positive way, I work out.... but that doesn´t mean shiii when there is something going on inside your mind, body, and soul. It didn´t happen right away, it grew very slowly and very sneaky so that you wouldn't notice a sudden change but I felt my love for life, love for creation, love for family and friends fade away... I stopped posting on social media a long time ago... My last video on YouTube was published on Aug 29, 2017!! At the end of 2018 and the beginning of 2019, I hit the lowest point you can imagine! I became a different person, lost my morality, found my self disrespectful towards others and basically did not care about anything in my life... That is big for a father of four children with a demanding career in marketing. After faceplanting the ground so hard, I went through the Earths' crust... Through the mantle... Through the core... And out the other side... Breaking every bone in my body! I opened up to the people closest to me that I have a serious issue that I need to address to get my life back and become the man I used to be... The most powerful and yet most simple advice I got was the good old... "One day at a time" I feel so much better now but I have a long way to go, I won´t make any promises on vids or maintaining this IG feed... but one thing is for sure, if I do decide to post anything, it will be real life... not IG fake fck happy life shit! Life!... As it truly is! Full of beauty, full of shit and everything in between! Peace 🕊️
