No gym for 2 months makes you creative! 🀸 . . As part of my daily routine, my mornings always start with a yoga/hand balance session. Indoors now. All the static work is doing quite well to keep my arms and shoulders at the level I had before the bike crash. Apart from that, the routine sets you up quite well for the daily tasks to come. Between my editing/writing, I normally try to include some grease the groove training (many reps split up in shorter sets along the day). That keeps your mind at least a little sane during all the sedentary time. And the @alomoves sessions in terms of getting your handstand to the next level start to show results ✌🏿

That's where we were supposed to be right now πŸ‡³πŸ‡΄ . . As for now got a flat in the suburbs of Copenhagen in exchange for the cabin. And to be honest, I do not have a single clue how long that might take. How knows when it might be possible to travel through the Nordics again, or even internationally. As South America is so far behind, I'm not even sure if there might be any chance in 2020. The uncertainty is such a great gift for people with slight planning OCD. But well, for now, it's one video and one article a week. That works quite well so far. Got the habit tracker and the corona video with @danny_samarov out for now! For the next week, I'm thinking about either photography or training tutorials. Any preferences? πŸ€”

Made a cinema poster today, swipe left πŸ“·πŸ“· . . Things are going well lately! Here, a bit out of the city, I can focus on creating as much as possible. At least one video and one Article per week. And some stock footage at the side. As I don't have any freelance jobs open, this sooner or later has to generate some income. So far Medium articles are at around 50$ per month while stock footage earnings are at an average of 20$ per month. 930$ left to the point where living from my creations is possible! The focus for the next weeks is therefore on Medium, YouTube and reactivating my old Patreon page. I guess it would be fair to call that project Corona, from freelancer to full-time creator πŸ’»πŸ’»

From powerlifting to hand-balancing! Corona adaptation πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ . . Two years ago, the main focus was hitting 300 Kg in Deadlifts. Not that that isn’t valid anymore, but 2 AC luxations and corona quarantine force to adapt. Right now, there is no access to any gym or weights and my shoulder isn't on the level for muscle-ups. So rather than mixing some ring work with hand balancing, I decided to go full circus mode. Let's see how this is going and if my arms are going to shrink even more 🀸🀸

Getting acquainted with the new normal, swans instead of moose! πŸ‡©πŸ‡°πŸ‡³πŸ‡΄ . . It's not so photogenic in Lyngby. At least not for my taste. Probably because it's not really feeling like pure nature. It's nice in real life but not too much for photos with the danish winter colours. But we found this swan in the perfect moment. It made a great model. So I guess even one more boring locations you can find inspiration if you search long enough... . . Are you in your country even allowed to go out and take pictures anymore? πŸ€” . . πŸ“· by @theanyheim

SK0339, the flight that we were supposed to be on.. . . Trondheim - Hamburg, starting the two year South America journey with a Europe trip. That was the plan until corona. Digital Nomad and stuff. Now instead of the travels, it’s about getting creative ✌🏿So today, I borrowed Thea’s iPad for some doodles, and damn, that’s fresh wind for content creation. The last time I did such a picture took three hours. I had to paint with on a 30% opacity picture, rescan it and mask the tracks in illustrator.. this one took not so long, I was just fascinated by how our landscape is shaped and how all gets visible from an aerial view.. ✈️✈️

Denmark extended all corona precautions until the 13 of April more indoor time, yeiy! A freelancer's dream in terms of monetary income. Well, at least we have time to finish the video tomorrow. During the weekend, I will start to set up and e-commerce page. You might remember that I asked a while ago if someone would be interested in some lightroom presets. And quite many of you said yes ☺️ So far, I was just missing the infrastructure. Let's hope that that can be done during the weekend to maybe have another income stream open. I guess 2020 is the year of adaptation... . . πŸ“· by @theanyheim

That’s how 2020 looks like ✌🏿 . . The last week has been slightly weird! We have been offered help by so many people, have a stay for now and still, I'm feeling like we're supposed to be in Norway. Mentally, we already closed the Denmark chapter and now everything is back to normal. And well, all content plans are overboard. Good that I still have some stuff to work on (you might have seen the video in the stories). That will be done by this week will hopefully be my best production so far, even if it's mostly filmed inside a flat. @danny_samarov went creative with that. But that probably true for all of you during the last week. Heads up to all freelancers and self-employed folks. Were in this together. And now is the best time to start your own online business :) . . πŸ“· by @karol_tru

2020 and the world seems to burn πŸ”₯ . . For the first time in decades, it's not even possible to travel within Europe. Businesses are closed and freelancers starting to eat rice for their main meal. Even tho the global health effect is nowhere close to smallpox or the pest, the short term effect on businesses is pretty drastic. I can just be happy that living in Scandinavia in that regard is pretty comfortable as the government and tax system is quite dope in handling these situations.. . . The question for me is more when an even more fatal crisis is hitting. May that be through the consequences of climate change or anything from virus to war. I guess now it's the right time for humanity to realize that not everything will go as we would like in the long run. And that money isn't the answer to everything... . . πŸ“· by @jszuger πŸ”₯

We need help! Please share β™₯️ We need a place to stay πŸ™ˆ . . Worst case happened, we (I) just got rejected in Oslo airport. Means that we need to fly back to Copenhagen. As our flat was cancelled today, we have no place to sleep. If anybody has a couch or room that you could share, pleas let me know! And I would be amazing if you could share that post in your story. Maybe somebody know somebody.. β™₯️β™₯️β™₯️

One night left until we bring light into darkness! Will Norway let us enter? πŸ‡³πŸ‡΄πŸ‡³πŸ‡΄ . . The flat is pretty much empty. Even the last chair I'm sitting on right now will be gone in 30 min. As of now, the Norwegian border is already closed. What a great sign! So either I'll get in or have to return to Denmark. If they would also say no, maybe even to Germany.. 2020 seems the best year to be a digital nomad or plan a relocation. In any case, in Norway, I won't have health care either! So I'll make sure to eat well, train and keep my immune system on the edge. . . I'll make sure to keep you updated tomorrow during the day and hope that nobody of you will end stranded between countries. Much love! β™₯️β™₯️ . . πŸ“· by @adrianludek
