Moonyeenn, our hearts break to hear you are gone, but you will live on in many of us. ❤️ You left a legacy right here at Bomb. You were the matchmaker for Angus, Teboho & Desiree that led to creating Bomb. That was your gift. You saw and paired talent. Not only cast, but directors and writers and producers too. You represented the marrow of what life is: interesting & interested, challenging, complex, funny, lover of great food, wine & the joys of life, loyal, speaking your truth always, passionate about your craft & our industry, rich & deep with love & humanity. You had a magic eye, saw talent where others missed it, you went out of your way to discover talent in unusual places, but most importantly you saw how to surface something unique & magical in people. You would at times make bizarre suggestions for cast so opposite from the script & then wow, that character/actor would suddenly burst to life in new exciting ways. You trusted your actors & challenged us producers to be adventurous. You never suggested an actor wrong for a role just to make some money. Your integrity was way too strong & a part of your core. You have shaped so many careers & been an integral part of so many peoples successes in the film/television industry. You loved beauty, not the convenient simplistic form, but the unconventional, the richness behind the surface. You were generous with advice & support. You were courageous & tough as nails, but always doing what you believed was right. You stood up against power for your cast, fighting for fair deals, and equally you would support producers if you thought your cast were not behaving professionally. That’s what made you stand so tall, and admired by all, a woman of integrity and substance. You will be missed but your legacy lives on in so many 🌹💔 RIP Moonyeenn Lee 1944 - 2020
