So Tuesday’s Chest, Shoulder, Tricep workout went as follows/ Giant Set the following for 4 sets: (Each for 12 controlled reps) DB Tricep Extension DB Upright Row DB Lateral Raises Db Chest Press Then, Giantset the following for 3 Sets (12 Controlled reps) Balancing Tricep Dips Machine Shoulder Press Machine Chest Press DB Front Raises Listen, i trained Legs the day before, and I always find my body retains so much water and the little bit of stomach lines i had the day before just vanishes. 😅🤷🏼♀️ Don’t be frightened if you’ve ever noticed water retention the day after a mean workout.
