MEAL PREP I ✨ I am an intuitive eater and have been since I can remember, but this year I decided to give meal prepping a chance. I am usually cooking or prepping my meals from scratch at least a few times a day, getting inspired by the fresh produce in the markets or my fridge. So here it goes... First time soaking in big batch lentils, chickpeas, black beans, nuts and seeds to last for the next few days. Earlier I have been soaking these only the night before, just enough for the next day.
