Some people just have to be negative towards others so they feel better themselves but we will talk about it later. I always tried to give sort of escape from reality. Social media are also for entertainment, not only for the news and conspiracy or negativity. I have been in a dark place myself for many years and all I took from that is when you don't see the exit from the tunnel you better make the tunnel your next home, since you will stay there for a while. So, I'm trying to do my best here and I'm expecting also a positive response, since as you, I'm also human and in this period I'm also worried about my future and family which is literally in another continent. The difference is, I don't freak out and I'm not negative, because that will not help me or you, and will just affect my psychological health more an d will bring you even more down. I really feel that social media these days can and should provide entertainment and motivation. It will be good! I firmly believe in that. I believe that we all can survive this one without bad attitude. Because no matter what, it's just a period. Dark, yes, agreed, but it will has its end. So, as usual, we work with what we have, not what we wish for. Be kind, be positive.

#stayhome yes, all what we love is closed for now, but that doesn't mean we have to let ourselves go totally and stop to take care of ourselves. Gym is closed? Put up ur favourite music tv channel, prepare ur shaker, dress as u dress usual to the gym, face call your friend and do a 30 min workout with him/her and you can easily talk during the pause. In these days we work with what we have, not what we wish for, so we have to reduce our expectations and try to get the best from the reality.

When it comes to #breakfast : I just can't skip it! Idk about you, but I literally cannot wake up and start my day without something that gives me nutrition. And for me it was always like that - first food then workout. I understand that there are people who kinda believe in some fairytale about working out without eating before. Then they fainting in the middle of the heavy set and then they cry, cuz if you're fainting under heavy loaded bar u can get urself a huge injury in the most positive case. Sometime back had a talk with one girl, she was working out and she was saying that she was going every day for run first thing in the morning. On empty stomach. Because someone said that it makes u burn more fat . I was shook! Like people still spread this rumours. I asked if she ever got a proper medical proof, any very reliable researches that supported the case and guess what- no. So the answer is - please don't do random things just cuz u heard that from some guy in a changing room. Cool that you wanna look great, amazing if you're into sport or ur a gym freak, but not cool if you put ur health in danger. Don't live in search of the instant gratification.
