Homemade Spinach Pasta 🌱 Inspired by @biancazapatka Serves 4 Ingredients 300 g all purpose flour + more for the working table 150 ml room temperature water 3/4 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons sunflower oil 4 cubes of frozen spinach Instructions 👩🏾🍳 1. Defrost spinach and drain the excess of water completely. Blend with 150 ml water. 2. In a large bowl, add flour and salt. Mix well together then create a well in the middle. Pour the green liquid and the oil. Mix with your hands. 3. Transfer on a working surface and knead the dough for about 8 minutes. Form a ball and wrap in a cling foil. Let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. 4. Prepare the pasta. Refer to photos for step by step. Divide the dough in 2 portions (I wrapped 1 portion for the next day as we are only 2 persons). 5. If you don't have a pasta machine, place the 1 portion on a floured working surface and use a rolling pin. Roll thinly and try to make a square shape. Important: You have to keep dusting both surface with flour while rolling. 6. Loosely roll it up and use a sharp knife to cut your pasta. Separate the strips with your fingers. 7. Bring water and salt to boil in a large pot. Add pasta and cook for 3 minutes then drain with cold water. It's important that you set a timer for this. Easy Pizza Bread Recipe⬇️ SERVES 4 Ingredients 👩🏾🍳 2 baguettes 🥖 2 cups tomato sauce 8 slices vegan ham, sliced Vegan shredded cheese Cherry tomatoes, halved Olives, cut in rings Yellow and red bell paper, sliced Italian herbs mix Salt and pepper to taste Instructions 1. Preheat oven 200C / 392F 2. In a medium bowl, mix tomato sauce, Italian herbs, salt and pepper. 3. Cut both baguette in 4 pieces. Spread tomato sauce on them. 4. Hasselback Potatoes 🥔 ⬇️ Side dish - serves 2 Ingredients 4 medium potatoes 4 garlic cloves 1 big red onion 1/2 bunch of fresh parsley 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or dry red chili 1 teaspoon salt, more if needed 1 tablespoon thyme 10 tablespoons vegetable oil, I used sunflower Instructions 👩🏾🍳 1. Heat oven to 200 deg Celsius. Wash the potatoes and dry the potatoes. Scrub them clean. Cut parallel slits into each potato, stopping just before you cut through so that the slices stay connected at the bottom of the potato. I use a large wooden spoon to make the process easier. Arrange the potatoes in a baking dish. 2. Prepare your seasoning. Peel and roughly vertical slice the onion. Peel garlic and chop parsley. In a medium bowl, add oil, thyme, cayenne pepper, salt, parsley, onion and garlic. Mix well. 3. Arrange onion and garlic around the potatoes in the baking dish. Brush the potatoes with the oil seasoning. Make sure it goes between the slices. 4. Place baking dish on a rack in the middle of the oven. Bake for about 60 minutes. Ingredients . 300 g all purpose flour 200 g margarine or vegan butter 100 g sugar Vanilla essence . Instructions . Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Combine well. It should come together into one big sticky ball. Once in a ball, wrap in cling film and leave in a fridge for at least 1 hour. When ready, pre heat oven on medium temperature, prepare 2 trays with grease parchments. Roll out your dough on a floured surface 1/2 cm deep. Pick your favorite cutlers and have fun.
