The first day at our Corona Gym, and the balance is positive. I’ve got to admit I am quite impressed with how I felt working out at home since I don’t remember the last time I did it. Why? 1- I can do my cardio at any time, or even more than once a day. ⏰ 2- Even though locked in at home, I am moving just as much as in a typical day.🏃🏻‍♂️ 3- Watching YouTube on a big screen and without the need to wear headsets is very handy. 🖥 4- Last but not least, I have my private toilet in case of an emergency. 💩 (BTW we bought this machine in the picture yesterday on Facebook market place) #corona #gym #motivation #bodybuilding

As you know, Coronavírus is doing its world tour right now and shaking everyone’s life. In this social media era, it seems that there is a competition to show that you are happier than anybody else. There is a constant need to show how many countries you have been, how exotic is the food you ate, how fit and hardworking you are. And although I don't totally exclude myself from that group, I want to reinforce the fact that all we need is to be grateful for what we already have.
