I make it and then forget to make anything else because it’s so good 😂 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ CHEESY GARLIC BREAD ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS 12 Rhodes Rolls, frozen 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoons garlic, minced 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INSTRUCTIONS Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray. (See note). Place the frozen Rhodes Rolls on the greased baking sheet, about 1 ½ inches apart. Once the Rhodes Rolls have thawed out and risen (this can take 2-3 hours), preheat the oven to 350ºF. Gently flatten the Rhodes Rolls with your hand. You want them to be about 1 inch thick and almost touching each other. Brush the tops with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic, shredded mozzarella cheese, parmesan and Italian seasoning. Bake the Rhodes Rolls Cheesy Garlic Bread until it is a deep golden brown, about 20 minutes. NOTES You can use a half sheet pan or a quarter sheet pan for this recipe. If you use a half sheet pan, be sure to center the rolls so they bake evenly.

CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS 3 cups flour ½ cup cocoa powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 cups sugar ¾ cups olive oil see note 2 tablespoons vinegar white or apple cider 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 cups water ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). Sift dry ingredients together. Whisk sugar into the dry ingredients and form a well in the center. Pour the wet ingredients into the well of the dry ingredients. Whisk until just combined and there are no lumps. Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt cake pan. Adjust oven rack to the middle position and bake for 35-40 minutes. The top of the cake will appear set and a toothpick will come out clean when the cake is done. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ NOTES Olive oil should be used in this recipe, other oils may be substituted but they will change the flavor and texture of the cake. Add vanilla and lemon juice.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Gradually add the dry ingredients, paying attention to the dough consistency. The dough should be slightly sticky when touched. You may need to add a little extra flour, or leave a little bit out (see note).⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Drop rounded tablespoons onto parchment lined cookie sheets (or you can grease them), I usually fit a dozen per sheet. (See note for directions on how to make extra thick and chewy cookies.)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Bake for about 10 minutes, rotating the sheets halfway and checking at 8 minutes. WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS 2 cups wheat flour 2 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 1/2 cups milk see note 1 egg large 3 tablespoons butter melted ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INSTRUCTIONS Whisk together dry ingredients. Create a well in the dry ingredients and whisk in the wet ingredients until just combined. The batter may be lumpy and that is ok. Heat a griddle on medium low. Brush griddle with butter or lightly spray with cooking spray. Pour about 1/3 cup portions onto the griddle, or make the pancakes any size you choose. When the edges are set and the bubbles in the center don’t fill quickly, flip the pancake. Cook for 1-2 minutes on the next side until cooked through. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ NOTES You may need to adjust the amount of milk slightly to get the right consistency.
