For my boos at @bikebarfitness ❤️🚴🏽♀️ MISS YOU GUYS
So everyone’s had a shit fucking time and I’ve been thinking about what I can do to help. I know so many businesses are suffering and would love to be able to help people kick start again when this is all over again. So if you have a small business, or know someone with a small business, who could be helped with photography, slide into my DMs (this doesn’t get any action whatsoever so I will be able to reply relatively promptly) and we can chat about arranging a contra shoot. I shoot fashion, food, venues, product, people doing things of just about any variety. Holla at me ❤️ #perth #perthisok
Really feeling that “can’t wait to go out so I can remember how much I don’t like it” meme this week. Until that time, I shall continue to dream of having too many tequilas, going somewhere very sweaty and being pressed against hordes of other humans.

And in the midst of all the craziness, there was beauty and purpose and life. So special to capture these photos of my beautiful friend in her final days before little one arrives. They’re some of my favourite images I’ve ever taken and I definitely had a few tears editing them. How incredible are women’s bodies. How incredible are women. There are few things I find more beautiful, or inspire more awe in me. In total admiration of you @shendywenstone and while I’m very very sad that I’m no longer allowed to creep around your delivery room, I’m so excited for you and @courtney_graham. You’re going to be the most amazing parents and I can’t wait to meet bubba ❤️
Snuck in just in time with these two ugmos ❤️❤️

Started reading Dan Millman’s Way of the Peaceful Warrior today and this has stuck with me as something to think about while we have this slowness. “The world was peopled with minds, whirling faster than any wind, in search of distraction and escape from the predicament of change, the dilemma of life and death - seeking purpose, security, enjoyment; trying to make sense of the mystery. Everyone everywhere lived a confused, bitter search. Reality never matched their dreams; happiness was just around the corner - a corner they never turned. And the source of it all was the human mind.” Featured here with a photo I took of the crescent moon on my iPhone, because I’m cliche enough to pair existential quotes with as close to a photo of space as I can manage.
A little collection from iso. I was thinking about my job, and feeling a little strange about it. About how when push comes to shove it’s not really needed and I’m not contributing anything. But then if my job is about capturing connections between people and beauty in the world, it’s a more interesting time than perhaps ever for me to try and find beauty every day, in these circumstances. I was having a quiet, thoughtful, slow and solemn sort of day, and in the evening I sat in the shower with my salt lamp on and appreciated the way the light refracted through the droplets on the glass, the warm glow that permeated out from the lamp and the way sitting on the floor in the shower is a universally sad, lonely, but sort of beautiful thing to do. It’s not often I pick my camera up if I’m not being paid to do so. So that’s something for me in this new slowness.
Yeah it’s windy. So what, bitch
