Suddenly thought of something really funny today - toilet paper. When I saw toilet paper ran out during CB, I thought, "Singaporeans have very bad bowel!"😅😅😅 Why? As long as you need toilet paper to wipe your backside clean, you know your diet has been quite rubbish without enough fibre. If the poop sticks to your backside, the poop will stick to your colon too. Over years, especially if you have constipation where poop got stuck in your large intestine not able to come out for days, imagine the wall filled with sticky toxic waste. No wonder the liver is now congested and stagnation happens cos toxins that are not cleared via bowel is passed back to the liver. Whenever there is a skin problem, be it acne, rash, eczema, hives, psoriasis etc, liver is definitely involved. Being part of the digestive system, if we keep on eating junk, processed food full of chemicals and fats, liver is going to suffer big time. By right, if we only eat from the garden of Eden, no toilet paper should be needed. Lolxxx... When was toilet paper invented btw?🚽 🤣🤣🤣🤣 #jacelyntayhealthcoach #Constipation #iBS #skinproblem

Happy Children's Day!! I am a child of God. Therefore today I celebrate my day too. Yay! ✌️✌️ Be true to your heart like a child. Fear not in expressing. Think simple don't complicate. Laugh heartily! Cry if we need to... For our Heavenly Father see the heart, and only a pure heart can receive His joy. Blessed are those who walk in the name of the Lord. #mydailydevotion

Case: Eczema 25 yo I share this case to show how important it is to give time & patience to allow healing when you are suffering from an autoimmune disorder/disease. (ps: thanks to my client for sharing your story & pics). First, there is no short-cut. A healthy diet, lifestyle, mind have to work together in order not to bring in any more toxins while waiting for the body to remove existing toxins & rebuild the immune system. Food is the best medicine, or poison (junk food). 2012 - eczema started on this young 17 yr old girl's elbow and hands. That was the time she started drinking a lot of beer in University. 2019 - she started work, eczema spread (see photos). She took 1 course of steroid. Tension headache, needed to pee at 2am or 4am, felt tired. 4Jan 2020 - started detox @bodyinc 30Jan - no more night pee, no longer tired. Inflammation gone down quite steadily especially her arms, but still itching. Some ear block on her right ear and numbness/pins and needles on left side of the head. 17Feb 2020 - Thighs much better, no more itch. If she slept well, skin would be good. If not, she became more irriritable & skin would flare. No more pins/needles. Didn't wake up at night due to itch, hence ample sleep gave her very good recovery and no more headache. 2Apr 2020 - near full recovery. 1Jul 2020 - past few months skin was good. More varieties of food could be added without flareup. 1Oct 2020 - total recovery. Now waiting for little scars to heal. Her healing journey is typical for eczema skin without relying on any drugs, antihistamine or steroid, totally based on proper diet and lifestyle. Time, patience and a mindset determined to change old bad habits is crucial to total recovery. The journey is even tougher for those with childhood eczema & had been taking antibiotics/antihistamines/steroid/immunosuppressants. Decades of toxins in the body, one cannot expect few wks of fruits/veg skin can totally recover. Healing has to be from inside out. Skin only regenerates in 28 days, and there are 3 layers to repair. It takes months to more than a year for immune system to rebalance & become stronger. The good news is, eczema is not incurable. Case CS01201

My recent case, 11 yr old, Singulair Withdrawal Syndrome. You can read the details about her journey in the photos (SWIPE LEFT ⬅️). In Mar 2020 I shared an article released by FDA about the side effects of Singulair. Her mummy saw it and got alerted. @limcheng1819, you are most welcome. I am glad your daughter is now a happy child again. I thank God for healing her. 🙏🙏🙏 It is important that we know more about the drugs we are giving to our children. There is a time and place for each medicine. Hope this awareness will help parents with children suffering the same plight. The body can heal, don't worry. Peace be with all. ❤️ #singulair #jacelyntayhealthcoach #bodyincsg #bodyinc

This wkend I was at SBG Heritage Museum and CDL Green Gallery for The Art of Birding Exhibition. It was as usual, a super blessed day. Pouring in the morning till we finished breakfast, the rain stopped just in time for a cooling walk at Singapore Botanic Gardens. Thank you God, You always give perfect weather. Singapore has so many nice parks and places to explore. I think the best that comes out of this Covid19 is, we are forced to pause for a moment, to look deeper within us, our home, our country, what we already have. And we discover great things in life is actually not far away. We can do with what we have, and we have more than enough. Singapore is such a beautiful place. So many gems yet to explore. What we need is just a listening heart and some great companions to walk with in this adventure. #walksinnature #sbgheritagemuseum #cdlgreengallery

My first time to Night Safari. A lovely night with my rabbit friends. A rainy night that cooled the weather down only to have us enjoy all the animals which came out after the storm. We were very blessed by the time we were on the tram, it stopped pouring. With a thankful heart, I praise God. He never failed me. But even with rain, we were so happy to embrace it. We put on our poncho (my dollar plus poncho from Giant looked good! 🤣🤣🤣) and brollies. I was thinking, if it continued to rain, maybe God wanted us to enjoy a different side of the trip anyway. Let's just make the most out of it! Always peace and joy in the midst of the storm. 👍✌️❤️😍 Ps: best video captured - the majestic Lion. #nightsafari #nightsafarisingapore #mamanzavier
