SWIPE 👉🏼 send these to someone who might need them 🥺 • friendly reminders for dating • how to set healthy boundaries • how to apologize (and what to receive) • my ancestors and spirit guides keepin’ me in check 🦋 bringing the good vibes to tiktok at @amyvagabond
Swipe 👉🏼 How to RAISE your vibration ✨💫 - have gratitude for ordinary things - be mindful of your thoughts - seek joy and play - meditate - bring out your inner child - think positive thoughts - spend time in nature (when this is all over*) - eat nutrient dense food - surround yourself with uplifting people - have empathy for others - dance like no one is watching - have an open heart and love My greatest apologies to my manZ for playing the same 30 seconds of this song over and over again for an entire week just so I could learn this dance!! guess this is also where I’ll just be posting my tiktoks 🤣 username: amyvagabond
Swipe 👉🏼 How to LOVE yourself 🦋 1. Validate all your feelings (positive and negative) 2. Talk to yourself kindly and compassionately 3. Create healthy boundaries 4. Explore your self-hate (is it from society/parents/friends?) 5. Focus on your progress & growth— not your mistakes! And remember— healing isn’t linear. (Also yes, I am still making #tiktoks LOL username @amyvagabond)
with the current chaos-ridden state of humanity, it is VERY punk rock right now to be kind and compassionate to one another 🤘🏽🤧🦋
Food workers. Grocery clerks. Cashiers. Delivery drivers. Warehouse stockers. They were never “unskilled workers.” They were always essential. @aoc
happy 4th birthday to the spunkiest, sassiest, most curious and adventurous lil gworl 🐾 when I picked you up from an abuelita in hacienda heights off craigslist 4 years ago, broke, just out of college, never having been raised with a pet before, I didn’t know how much you would teach me. you’ve taught me so much about responsibility (and how I can and will rise to the occasion), unconditional love, and what it means to live your bEst authentic life—whether that’s giving an endless amount of kissies to anyone and everyone or galloping freely on the beach. I wub yoo 😭 my companion, spirit animal, healer & soul mate 💖 #ariesseason
v excited 4 the pandemic to b over so i can return to squeezing ppl w luv upon meeting 🥺
and on day 13... we inducted ᴘᴀᴘᴀ ʟᴇᴇ and @imwendyduran into our ᴛɪᴋᴛᴏᴋ ʜᴇᴀʟɪɴɢ ᴄɪʀᴄʟᴇ 🤘🏽😂 (yes, my dad made a korean script for our #pewpew.) he’s where i get my super goofy, silly side from. but i get my work ethic and discipline from mah mama hehe #quarantine
for my own mental health, i’ve learned to limit the number of news articles i read and for how long. for the past few weeks, i’ve felt an even more heightened sensitivity to the collective energy of the universe (the good and bad parts of this energy). so to combat this? i’m trying to have fun. i’m trying to increase my vibrational frequency by more laughter, play, creativity. we are currently being triggered with the state of humanity and it is paramount that, during times like this, we never forget our inner child. surprisingly, #tiktok has been a resourceful tool for that for me ehehehe (@amyvagabond)- i also posted a new video today on #moneytips and am overall trying to focus on creating... how are u all doing? what have U been up to?? i hope u are staying safe mentally, emotionally, and of course physically. 🦋
how to 𝖊𝖓𝖙𝖊𝖗𝖙𝖆𝖎𝖓 without social media ✨🦋 • read: many ebooks are free for amazon prime users and some audiobooks are on youtube. if you have a library card you can also borrow almost every e-book imaginable from your library on the Libby app! • remix your recipes: learn how to make your fave dish but vegan/keto/paleo. it’s a fun way to discover a new area in which your health might be able to benefit • paint, watercolor, color! coloring has the ability to relax the fear center of your brain, the amygdala. it induces the same state as meditating by reducing the thoughts of a restless mind. • create homemade slime or play dough. cheap, easy, and also hilariously fun to do with family or roommates. release your inner child through the power of touch~ • marie kondo or clean your apartment. cleaning also allows the brain to enter a meditative state because it allows presence and awareness for the moment. plus your physical home could always use a little love hehe • meditate: youtube search “meditation for” essentially anything! anxiety, childhood trauma, relaxation, heartache, success, abundance - there are so many free meditation guides out there and at any duration/length for any level. my favorite is by Yoga by Adrienne 7 Min Meditation to Start the Day! it’s great for beginners and goes by quickly... 🔒 personally, i just want to make ~positive~ use out of this time by creating content so plz send in any requests here or on my stories for videos ♥️ sending much love to you out there :]
𝔶𝔬𝔲 𝔞𝔯𝔢 𝔞 𝔩𝔦𝔳𝔦𝔫𝔤 𝔪𝔞𝔤𝔫𝔢𝔱. 𝔦𝔣 𝔦𝔱’𝔰 𝔬𝔫 𝔶𝔬𝔲𝔯 𝔪𝔦𝔫𝔡, 𝔦𝔱 𝔴𝔦𝔩𝔩 𝔟𝔢 𝔦𝔫 𝔶𝔬𝔲𝔯 𝔯𝔢𝔞𝔩𝔦𝔱𝔶 ❕🦋
𝔪𝔶 𝔱𝔥𝔬𝔲𝔤𝔥𝔱𝔰 𝔬𝔫 #𝔠𝔬𝔯𝔬𝔫𝔞𝔳𝔦𝔯𝔲𝔰 - this virus is bringing out what already exists within people: fear, xenophobia, anxiety, chaos-seeking behavior - learn to stay calm and at peace with EDUCATION and awareness: fatality rates are typically highest within those of 65+ years (and w already compromised immune systems). rates have been declining in china, as people slowly recover. the U.S. senate on thursday passed a $8.3 billion emergency funding package to respond to COVID, trump signed it today. (the funding includes more than $3 billion for research and vaccine development, $2.2 billion for prevention and response efforts, $1 billion for state and local response. each state is expected to receive no less than $4 million.) *masks are ineffective/wasteful at prevention. this in fact creates a shortage for those in actual need of them: medical professionals and patients actually infected w the virus. (and yes, while it takes up to 3 weeks to show symptons, asymptomatic individuals are less likely to spread the virus bc they are not sneezing or coughing). wash your hands with good ole soap and water ~but you also do not need a global pandemic to do so~ lol. - ask yourself: is constantly checking the news/media good for my mental health? what is this current state of humanity teaching ME about myself? - lastly, take healthy, common-sense precautions, stay at home when sick, and remember you cannot control what happens, but you CAN control how you react to what happens. be safe y’all ♥️
