I’m happy & actually so proud of everybody who commented one positive thing about themselves in my previous post. We engage in negative self-talk sometimes, thinking about the things we’re not perfect at, how an XYZ person has his life together but not us & then end up feeling as if we’re not good enough. This affects our ability to make positive changes in life or at least impacts our confidence to do such things. How about switching to *positive self-talk*? Thinking about the things we’re good at, our positive personality traits, our good habits? I’m sure we all have them but we just don’t pay much attention to them. I became a couch potato in the initial lockdown days (bet this goes out for most of you & not just me) 🙊⁣ ⁣ Losing weight has never been a major goal for me but I do maintain the weight I’m currently at. • Laser Hair Removal 🌸⁣ ⁣ There are way too many misconceptions about it & I get tons of questions from you all so I tried answering some FAQs today based on my almost 2 years of experience. ⁣ • 𝐈𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐚 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐥?⁣ NO but it will reduce 70-90% of your hair growth to the point where you won’t feel the need to shave too frequently because the hair becomes progressively thin with every session.⁣ ⁣ • 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝?⁣ It varies but about 5-10 sessions to zap maximum hair follicles.⁣ ⁣ • 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬?⁣ 4-8 weeks on average.
