Time flies with little ones - can’t believe my mini me is 5!!!! Where did the time go? It was like yesterday when the OB was asking me “do you want to schedule for 9/11 and I was like no lady I’ll pick 9/8” what a blessing and joy he is.

This song came on after my run as I was watching the waves ... and out of no where I immediately started to cry. Not like a few tears, like a lot of tears. Some sort of a subliminal peace offering from me to ... myself, one I didn’t know I needed to offer until I did. I’ve been struggling, I mean who hasn’t but my mental health and well-being has definitely took the back burner. Not anymore #treatyoubetter
