7 years ago today I said no to alcohol. In 7 years your cells all die and are replaced with new ones. I’m scientifically and literally and whole new person than I was from 2015. This journey birthed this page, it birthed a new way of living, loving, parenting, working and being. I am so thankful to God who I call my Higher Power, and the people in my life who helped me along the way including my exwife, my kids and my Mom, Dad and my brother and his fam.
