#Thankful ❤️ Lately…well lately has been awhile! This is a mix of college tours for Haley, birthdays (Zachary is 20 and Haley is 17 now), my new love for baked donuts 😆and everything in between. So many memories and so much love. It’s never just a pic, it’s the story and emotions behind the pic that stay in your heart forever. The older I get (47) the more I appreciate each and every minute life has to offer. I want to hold on to those I love and I’m so incredible thankful and blessed to have these people in my life. For some reason I’ve waited to post this. Idk maybe if I didn’t post it it didn’t happen. I wanted the perfect caption for something as special as my son’s graduation. I wanted something that would express how deeply he is loved by everyone that knows him. But nothing is perfect. Zachary you are the most amazing young man I could have ever have been lucky enough to call my son. God has blessed me with 18 years of you living at home greeting me daily with the smile that contagious, a love that is always unconditional, and a spirit that will never be duplicated. Now it’s time for you to move on. You’ve learned the lessons that needed to be learned and you’ve grown through the pain and disappointments that come with life. Now you have the opportunity to start again and build the future you dream of. Cheesy pesto and egg air fryer breakfast bagel 🥯 By @lordlucy Ready from start to finish in less than 10 minutes with minimal ingredients or washing up - and packed with 30g’s protein. Ingredients: 1 bagel, sliced in half 2 tbsp pesto 2 eggs 30g mozzarella (or any cheese), grated Pinch of chilli flakes Salt and pepper Basil leaves, to garnish Method: 1. Line air fryer drawer with baking paper and spread 2 tbsp of pesto onto the base. 2. Press bagel halves, sliced-side-down, on top of the pesto. Crack an egg into the hole of each bagel, then sprinkle over grated cheese and a pinch of black pepper, salt and chilli flakes. 3. Air fry for 6 minutes at 180ºC until golden. 4. Sprinkle over fresh basil to finish.

BREAKFAST PIZZA 🍳🍅 By @lindsay.keosayian If you need a quick and easy breakfast with ingredients that make you feel good, you have to try this! You can customize the toppings anyway you’d like! Be sure to let me know how yours turns out! You’ll need: 1 grain-free tortilla (burrito size) 3 eggs sliced sweet peppers sliced cherry tomatoes seasonings of choice: I used salt, pepper, garlic, dried basil and nutritional yeast 1. Add your tortilla to a cake pan (I used a 9” round). 2. Crack three eggs in the center. 3. Add peppers, tomatoes and seasonings of choice. 4. Bake in the oven at 350 F for 10-15 minutes (I baked mine for 15 minutes). 5. Bronzed Shrimp Tacos with Avocado Crema- these tacos are loaded with so much flavor and they are really hard to resist. By @vessys_gourmet_kitchen The shrimp plump and cooked to perfection! 1 lbs 16-20 Shrimp 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 tsp cumin 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp chipotle lime garlic salt Black pepper 2 garlic cloves Tortillas of choice, for serving Cotija cheese, optional Pico de Gallo: 1 large tomato 1/2 of a red onion 1 jalapeño 3 tbs cilantro 1 lime, juiced 1 tsp salt Avocado Crema: 1 avocado 🥑 2 garlic cloves 1 tbs cilantro 1/4 tsp cumin 1 lime, juiced 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup sour cream Method: 1. Defrost and rinse shrimp; remove tail and butterfly shrimp; (this shrimp was already de-veined); pat it really dry; 2. Season shrimp with olive oil, paprika, cumin, chipotle lime garlic salt, salt, pepper, garlic powder and garlic cloves; mix well and let marinate until you prepare the Picco de Gallo and Avocado Crema; 3. To make the Picco de Gallo- chop tomato, jalapeño, cilantro, red onion and mix with lime juice and salt; 4. To make the Avocado Crema- add all ingredients above except for sour cream to a food processor and process then mix with the sour cream; (note: don’t blend sour cream or it will turn watery) 5. Sear shrimp on a flat top grill or skillet for about 5 mins; don’t overcook shrimp; 6. Char some tortillas, assemble and enjoy! You’ll need: 3 eggs 2 pieces of sourdough cheese of choice cherry tomatoes sliced avocado arugula ground pepper red pepper flakes EVOO Add your eggs to a frying pan on low medium heat, coat both sides of the sourdough in the eggs, let set, then flip. #oatsrecipe Tiramisu oats By @hey_renu 👉🏽Save to make This hits the spot! Breakfast oats with your coffee fix. I’m ready for it! Enjoy this as breakfast or an easy dessert. Ingredients: -40g rolled oats -1tbsp chia seeds -1tbsp maple syrup -50g oatmilk -1 espresso shot Topping: -3 tbsp protein (optional) yogurt -2 tbsp date syrup or use maple syrup -Cacao powder to cover bowl Method: -In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and sit well.
