Happy! ✨ I often think about what it means to choose happiness. Does choosing happiness mean that we can instantly change how we feel? I don’t think so. I think choosing happiness means making hundreds of little choices that take our days in the direction of overall happy life. Taking our power back and not letting challenging moments defeat us. It’s making the choice of taking care of our health, using our time and energy in a way that works for our well being and core values, staying close to our inner child, it is learning to say “NO”, it’s accepting ourselves, it’s about focusing on gratitude, and so much more! It’s the amalgamation of all these little choices that together mean to choose happiness.
