How we show up matters. For ourselves and for others. Even when we act from a place of our own highest good, it isn’t always easy - sometimes the result kinda sucks in the moment, tbh! Expressing our needs and speaking our truth is brave, and scary, and vulnerable, and will make you second guess yourself. But at the end of the day standing in your integrity is the highest reward, even if the short term results in “pain” for your long term “gain”. Your future self will thank you. Still, there’s a balancing act of setting our standards, where we’re willing to compromise, and what we may loose along the way. The right people stick around (and will want to), the right opportunities will flow to you (and multiply), and your path will become clearer the more you honor yourself. 🤍

When I learned about Human Design it truly changed my life. It was the ultimate combination of feeling seen and reprogramming at the same time. Understanding it’s okay to embrace the way our energy flows, in fact it’s our greatest strength. As a Projector energy type it took a lot of rewiring to live in my alignment. Projectors are leaders through guidance, they work hard but can work quickly, they are built to factor rest into their day, but that rest time is SO they can make powerful observations that serve the guidance they provide to others. AKA a lot of what we were taught about “hustle culture” actually depletes my energy, burns me out, and used to leave me feeling resentful of those who didn’t “see” me or appreciate my work. That’s because until I learned my Design I was work AGAINST my energy, not WITH it. Manifestors, Generators, Manifesting Generators, Projectors, and Reflectors all operate in their own unique way. When they each honor their unique energy absolute magic unfolds and harmony emerges. There is a ripple effect of the influential idea creator (manifestors), the energizer who follows their passions (generators), the multi-hyphenate who can juggle it all (mani-gens), the guide seeing new ways of being (projectors), and the mirror showing us our greatest strengths and weaknesses (reflectors). What is a “Divine Timeline”? ✨👇🏼 “Trust the Universe’s timeline, even if it’s *different* than your own.” This is what my therapist said to me in our most recent session. That second part HIT me hard. “Even if it’s different than your own.” That even if I want to be farther along, I’m in this current season of life for a reason. It’s all part of the timeline the Divine has for me. I have a particular personal goal that I was really set on achieving by a certain month. It’s looking like the timeline I wanted will be pushed back. It will still happen, just not by the date I wanted it to. I’ve been trying to reframe the “why” behind this delay from a victim mentality to one of “what else am I meant to be learning and mastering before this goal comes to fruition?” Steps for Trusting your Divine timeline: 🪽 ACTION: The Universe, God, your Higher Power of choice needs to see that you’re ready from a place of Divine, Aligned action. That you’re energetically ready for next phase. 🪽 ACCEPTANCE: Accept that your Divine timeline and the timeline you planned for may be different. The highest form of acceptance feels peaceful. It’s the gateway to trust. 🪽 TRUST: Trust your Divine timeline and plan. Trust that what’s always meant for you finds you at exactly the right time, exactly when you’re ready for it. Wooooh, it isn’t always easy, but it’s all part of the process, baby 🌬️🤍

MORE 👇🏼✨ Each Human Design energy type has an archetype. When we’re thriving in the “role” our energy is here to play, we create a ripple effect of lasting change and impact, each in our own unique way. 💫 MANIFESTORS: The Influencers Manifestors are leaders in the traditional sense. Their natural ability to spark ideas creates influence. They are built to follow their inner-impulse, while releasing judgment of others. They operate from a hyper-independent place. 💫 GENERATORS: The Energizers Generators naturally light up a room with their energy. When in their purpose their way of being ignites passion in us all. They respond to their passions and amplify the energy in a magnetic way. They carry out work with ease when operating from their design. 💫 MANIFESTING-GENERATORS: The Creators A hybrid of Manifestors and Generators, Mani-Gens are the multi-passionate creators of society. While we all have the ability to be multi-hyphenates in this way, Mani-Gens thrive from this place. They can balance all their passions at once because their energy is built to do so. 💫 PROJECTORS: The Illuminators Projectors are the guides, shining light onto new ways of being. They are often referred to as the “eyes in the trees”, observing and providing new insights to implement change. They lead from a place of advising others and are here to bring a new perspective to society. 💫 REFLECTORS: The Mirrors Reflectors are the rarest energy type. They act as a literal mirror to society. Due to how open their energetic aura is they absorb more of their surroundings, showing us both the strengths and flaws of society. Reflectors are naturally sensitive and it’s important for them to understand their energy is built to operate differently and that’s okay. What a wild ride September was!! THANK YOU endlessly to each and every person who shared their energy and vulnerability with me at this month’s events with @moxylowereastside and @renttherunway. Five days straight of events for card readings was a first for me. It’s a lot of energy, shared mutually between myself and each client, but oooo baby it’s worth every minute. A very special shout-out to Rent the Runway for asking me to take part in their fall fashion event. It was absolutely stellar, with a rockstar team bringing it life. I couldn’t have asked for better company to spend 4 days of fashion and wellness with! Seriously, what better way to see my worlds collide? 😉 October’s lineup is SO fun and will be sharing soooon! 🫶🏼✨

Human Design is a system to help us EMBRACE our unique energy, rather than run from it. The more you learn about your chart, the more you live in Alignment. We’re going over 4 major points in a chart (remember, there’s more than this!) that help me embody + embrace WHO I am. 🪄 Energy Type = How My Energy Works I’m a Projector, the energy type here to guide and provide insight to others. Your energy type is how your energy best functions in the world, how you’re built to operate. We all fit into one of the five energy types - Manifestors, Generators, Manifesting-Generators, Projectors, and Reflectors. Each energy type is powerful in its own way. Society has told us there’s one “right” way to be, but when we align with our unique energy type we create a beautifully harmonious world. 🪄 Profile Type = My Personality My profile type is a 2/4, which stands for The Hermit and The People Person. Everyone will always have two numbers, which work together to balance each other out. The first number is the way we see ourselves and the second number is the way others see us. Both elements allow us to thrive, grow, and attract. 🪄 Strategy = How I Make Things Happen My strategy is Being Invited. As a Projector, I’m here to guide and mentor others, but this first requires being invited in to do so. Our strategy is how we go about making “it” happen. Our strategy supports our manifestation process. By understanding our strategy we become more in tune with opportunities meant for us, without forcing them or comparing our journey to others. 🪄 Authority = My Intuition & How I Make Decisions I have an Emotional Authority, which means I listen to my emotions when making decisions. My intuition is literally led by “feeling”. Knowing which authority is in your chart helps you understand how to listen and use your intuition. ✨ Want to know your chart?
