How about you? 😊 To some, ASMR may sound silly at first but most people have at least one trigger in that send shivers up and down their spine, maybe I can find yours... 😈 #AutonomousSensoryMeridianResponse #SoundTherapy Also i’ve been getting a lot of questions about microphones, while of course you can do ASMR with any jacked up microphone at close range, but I recommend a blue yeti to start (they are cheap & USB) but if you want the real deal go 3Dio (brought mine from home for this scene🤣) or above for quality control, it’s a bigger set up but it’s worth it. There are 5000$ microphone specifically for things along the line of ASMR, but that we can talk about another day. Anyway, I Appreciate and practice ASMR because I personally get a lot out of it, certain triggers really help an overactive brain calm down, and as somebody who’s quietly dealt with insomnia, trauma and mild ADD, every little thing that doesn’t slow me down and is natural I jump on. Good energy can obviously be translated in many directions, pleasing feelings can only get better and whispers can easily turn erotic so it’s truly fun for me to make these kinds of videos. 😜 (& now they’re ‘trendy’!) Remember to listen to all ASMR videos with headphones or earbuds to get the most out of it!
