Hey guys!! I thought I might share this important info with you! If you are suffering from #lupus or any #autoimmunedisease there is hope!! And you can put it into remission!! I listened to @goodbyelupus and she managed to help put my lupus into remission just by diet change!!! It’s incredible!!!! However please don’t think I just went vegan! As some people are commenting negatively at me, it’s hard to fit everything in 90seconds however I understand this is a very sensitive subject. I went vegan first to calm the inflammation, and then I hypernourished my body by eating raw vegan and 6+cups green cruciferous vegetables plus 3/4-1 cup raw flaxseed oil, you can watch the highlight reel on my rapid recovery journey nearly 5 years ago! I now eat more normal vegan however I always drink my smoothies!! They are priority number 1 just like medication would be! The power of what you eat!!! Please consider changing your diet!!! It has been estimated over 75000 people showed up to NYC on Sunday to say enough is enough #endfossilfuels we are most definitely in a #climateemergency and we most definitely need our political leaders to acknowledge that, and to end the use of fossil fuels and most definitely stop the creation of more!!!! Embracing my natural skin this summer and not fake tanning. I have to say it was a joy not to have to coat my skin in weird chemicals and baste myself. Its a strange phenomenon we’ve now grown accustomed to. I don’t deny, I love a good instant fake tan and that feeling of being in the sun without the damage.
