Just a few things about Day 2 here in Thailand for the ASICS Women’s Retreat that might have changed me forever.💭 The book we were given speaks of optimal training around a woman’s cycles. I didn’t know anything abt this — no wonder there are days I feel like I’ve lost all that I have worked for only to find them all back another week. 🤪 This is my next big research, maybe. How men and women are just different and how everyone needs a better handle of that than just passing thru the normal sex ed in school, for a much better quality of life! 💭 Also, our retreat has a lot of squats AND a lot of meditation. A checking in with yourself. Realised that when we want the body to be strong, it will first ask the mind to be. We need to believe something before it actually happens because without faith, we won’t even try. 💭 I am carrying so much with me back home and I will share when I am ready. When I have no time, I put on some Tiktok or Reels dance music and I jump to it. Instant workout in like a few minutes. It does not have to be grand and perfect all the time but maintaining movement helps. Instead of getting the body used to lazing around. Little habits like this are helpful! HELLO, NEW SCHOOL YEAR! Mini tour of our homeschool area today! ➡️ swipe away! Been so busy fixing this area cause I cannot do anything major until we go on a break. But some things are making me happy now and have improved our studying efficiency and also my workouts! (Have new workout btw!) Summer was terribly draining our energies because of a lack of suitable cooling units (di kami makatapos ng work at di ako makatrain for long hahaha omg, dun ko lang napansin luma na pala ang acs namin) and so I am very happy to have installed new DAIKIN acs in 4 parts of our home!
