Pushin some Solid P’s Today! This is 1st of 2 working sets! I actually went up to 12 plates a side on the final set! Lately I’ve been going lighter than this on leg press - going Full ROM super deep and open up the hips but today I decided to switch it up with a heavier load and by keeping a closer stance - keeping the tension on the quads! Great workout with @mr.neeld & @rossbossfit 👊🏼 Leg Press is soooo smooth @newtech_usa 💪🏼

When performing a barbell row you should aim to maintain a neutral spine, with a slight natural curve in your lower back, throughout the movement. I also like to move with the weight as you can see my back going up and down on the concentric and eccentric. This will help you engage the correct muscles and get a crazy back pump! Be careful to not lift with your ego intensity isn’t just based off of load and throwing weights around like a maniac! #BackDay #BarbellRows #Grimey
