Going offline, so that I get into life in the deepest way possible. But I want you to know that no matter where you are and what you’ve done, you deserve a genuine and deep love. And I know it’s been difficult, this journey. I hope you are moving in a direction of self love and cultivating your own peace of mind by detaching from toxic people, leaving behind unhealthy relationships and preserving more of your time and energy to water yourself. It’s time to for you to bloom like the flower you’ve always been. Here are some things I want you to remember in my absence. Write me when you get weary, read my words when you’re restless. You have to learn the difference between what is said and what is done. Don't let pretty words mask ugly intentions. Don't get full off of empty promises.

This year, while tough for some of you. It has been filled with many lessons on survival, healing and self-love. It's not easy to practice self-love when you're feeling empty after giving your all to someone who proved to be unworthy of your energy, but somehow, you always find your way.

Sometimes " I miss you " is a form of manipulation. There are certain words and phrases that trigger a sense of longing and forgiveness, and your ex knows this. Your ex knows that there is a part of you that wishes things were different, a part of you that wants your ex to be everything you believed they could be. With that knowledge, your ex is willing to take their chances on abandoning you and or hurting you throughout the relationship with the understanding that if they return, saying the right things, you'll take them back. Please don't fall for the lies.
