Here’s a bright idea!💡 try a smoothie bowl for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even a late night snack. Top it with some of your favorite fruits, nuts&seeds, and granola like this one! Granola and berries will provide a great source of fiber, while the pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds will provide an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids...perfect for reducing inflammation and improve your lipid profile! Quick healthy snack ideas..sprouted grain toast with your favorites loaded on top. Easy to get creative, my personal favorite is almond butter spread with bananas and blueberries. Plenty of healthy fats, antioxidants, and fiber which is going to taste great and keep you full and healthy 👍

Avocado toast and kale smoothie bowls FTW🥑 Smoothie bowls are a great way to get your servings of green veggies. They’re really awesome because you can add in whatever you want and be creative so you never get bored of eating the same thing. A little morning coffee helps too👍

What better way to start off the day than with some avocado toast? Long days can lead to skipped meals and then binge eating at night. To avoid this, try and have a great breakfast that will keep you feeling satisfied longer, and keep your blood sugar stable for longer periods. Avocado toast is quick, tastes great, full of healthy unsaturated fats, and keeps me full all morning!

Looking for a tasty Indian-inspired veggie dinner? Try this Indian Spiced Chickpea and Greens dish I made up last night.👍 The dish is made up of curry and ginger seasoned chickpeas, onion, jalapeño peppers, garlic, collard greens (which can easily be switched out with anything) and fresh chopped cilantro. This dish only took me about 20 minutes to make, and is loaded with great vitamins and nutrients needed to keep you feeling your best! It’s also not super high in calories, which is great if you’re trying to get a head start on beach season👍

Trying to get a little bit of every color with dinner tonight👍 A great way to make sure you get the most out of what you eat is to try and "eat the rainbow" by adding food of every color into your meals. Many types of food with similar colors have similar nutrient composition, so why not get a little of everything each time?🤘🏼 This kale/spinach based salad is topped with all kinds of veggies that help me feeling my best during the middle of the week when I'm busy..you should give it a try! Make enough to last a few meals and quickly throw it in a mason jar and go👍👍 @nutritionfyi

Looking for a great healthy breakfast, lunch, or dinner? This this green power smoothie bowl! It's packed with kale, bananas, dates, almond milk, and topped with chia seeds, coconut shreds, banana slices, and almond butter🤘🏼🎸 I love smoothies: they're quick, easy to make, and packed with nutrients that I can just take on the go. Kale especially...it's such a great source of essential vitamins like K which is essential for healthy cardio systems and blood clotting, and Vitamin A which has a ton of functions in our body including eye health and, antioxidants, and helps support cell growth! 🥗 Im pretty new to chia seeds but if you're looking to add tons of fiber, omega 3 fatty acids, and plenty of other minerals you should for sure incorporate it into your daily go-to food! @nutritionfyi
